Son Llempaies is a very well maintained property with a typical Mallorcan appearance with its stone façade. It has 7 bedrooms, three floors and 320 m2 for 10/12 persons, situated at the entrance of the beautiful Puerta de Sóller. The house is located on a 12.000 m plot of land and is surrounded by a large pine forest, an orange grove, lemon trees and a large garden with palm trees which together give it a particular and unique charm.
The property is decorated with a fusion of old and new. Equipped with classic furniture, but modern and renovated bathrooms.
The house offers an open plan kitchen/living room. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances for cooking and the living room with sofas and armchairs. A glass door gives direct access from the kitchen to the 35 m² covered terrace of the house, furnished with large dining tables, chairs and a built-in barbecue. There is also an additional living room and a separate dining room with antique Majorcan style furniture and exposed wooden beamed ceilings. There is a guest toilet with access from the house or directly from outside and a laundry room with washing machine and sink.
The bedrooms are distributed over 3 floors:
On the ground floor there is a double bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower. Another space houses 2 continuous bedrooms with a single bed in each and a bathroom with shower.
On the first floor there are 2 further bedrooms (both with two single beds) and a large bathroom with shower and 2 washbasins.

With all these spacious areas the house offers, it is ideal for a larger group, all will find their private space and options to retreat here.
This property has free Wi-Fi in the house and pool area.
Across the garden is the lovely private saltwater swimming pool, set in the attractive garden and with spectacular views. It has a permanent waterfall installed which provides additional refreshment in the pool.
The discreet solarium for bathing, sunbathing and relaxing has numerous comfortable sun loungers and parasols available as required.
The house offers a professional table tennis for your enjoyment and parking for 3 cars.
