Villa Florit is one of the most authentic Majorcan Farmhouses of our program. The house has been restored over the past years to now provide a home full of charming and modernity.

Approached from the main entrance off the country lane there is a lovely cobblestone courtyard leading to the modern glass door. Full of charm and character with stone floors, terracotta tiles and wooden beams, the furnishing reflects the real character of this delightful farmhouse. The spacious house offers an entrance hall, dining room, and a modern style fitted kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, electric oven, a gas hob and fridge/freezer. There is a lovely seating room with satellite TV, DVD, free internet connection and stone wall features. Currently this part of the house is being renovated and enlarged, and it will end up with 2 brand new double bedrooms with en-suite shower room each of it, as well as big rear patio.

Stairs lead up to the sleeping area, where there are 3 further bedrooms. One of them is a private room with a comfortable seating area, en-suite shower room and mezzanine with a double bedroom. The other two are two further twin bedrooms with an en suite bathroom each. The house also offers air conditioning throughout.

The child friendly swimming pool can be gated, and is surrounded by comfortably furnished terraces with wooden floors and a small lawn area. Next to the pool there is a lovely covered terrace and a built-in barbecue ideal for those who loves dining al fresco in a peaceful area.

**200 EUR Deposit*** Due to the new regulations concerning the recycling and waste management in the town of Búger, the purpose of this deposit is the recycling of garbage by the customer. This deposit will be returned at the end of the stay if the garbage has been removed from the property by the client.
