Casa Bella Sombra is accessible only by entering Las Breñas Natural Park, driving down a dirt road surrounded by tall pine trees and arriving to the enclave community of Cañada del Alamo. The neighborhood is quiet, private and has no though-traffic.

This 200m2 Mediterranean-style villa in an enclave of La Breña Natural Park has exceptional views of Trafalgar Lighthouse, sea & pines. Ground floor is 60m2 living room & 2 bed/baths. The first floor, accessible by internal and external stairs, is an open-plan kitchen & living space w/ fireplace & 2 en-suite rooms. The two upstairs bedrooms have air conditioning wall units.

The villa is surrounded by terraces and private corners of tranquility out of sight, sun or wind. The pool is lined with walls & vegetation isolating the villa from neighbors at 20m.
