One step to the sea, two steps to the snow
220 metres above the Adriatic Sea with a view of the islands of Krk and Cres lies the beautiful village of Donji Zagon with only 150 inhabitants near the small town of Novi Vinodolski. At the end of the village stands Villa Theresa in a garden of 1000 square metres. The Adriatic Sea is only 5 minutes away and - hard to believe - only an hour and you can ski in Platak, for example.A HOLIDAY HOME FOR THE WHOLE YEAR

The villa was completely renovated and refurnished in 2023 in the living and sleeping areas. We have for you SAUNA and a heated WHIRLPOOL as well as a heated POOL with counter-current system. The house consists of two residential units and an extra accessible basement. The two residential units each have a living room, dining area and kitchen and two separate bedrooms for two people each. A hallway and a bathroom as well as a terrace and a large balcony with seating area. The flat on the upper floor also has a summer kitchen on the south-facing terrace and a north-facing balcony, also with a seating area, and a small balcony off one of the bedrooms.

You have two garden areas at your disposal. A completely fenced garden of 250 square metres directly around the house with palm trees, conifers, magnolias, vines etc. and a wonderful garden area of 750 square metres directly in your view from the balcony. From the jacuzzi with outdoor shower you can reach the large heated pool with counter-current system via a staircase. There is a terrace at the entrance area and one in front of the basement. The barbecue area with fully equipped garden kitchen is spacious and also has a seating area for 12 people. We have a shaded private car park for 3 cars. A charging station for electric cars is available.

The house at the end of the village is completely quiet with unobstructed views of the islands of Krk and Cres. It is located right next to the forest where you can take beautiful walks.
