The house consists of a living room with two sofas, two bedrooms (the first with a double bed and a single bed, the second with two single beds), a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, a bathroom (with a toilet, bidet, shower and washing machine) and a balcony.

The area where the house is located is full of restaurants, bars, supermarkets and shops of all kinds.

The house is equipped with an extensive tourist library on Rome and Italy, a video library with films in various languages on the history of ancient Rome and its empire. Giuseppe is at the guests' disposal for advice and possible visits to the city's sights. The house offers documentation (in various languages) for visiting the city's most interesting sights, on tours with pre-established routes and the willingness to accompany guests on these routes (for a duration of about 3 hours for each route) or to museums, churches and monuments of the guests' choice.

- Colosseum* (Colosseum, Roman Forum and Palatine Hill)
- Caelian Hill (Basilica of the Holy Cross in Jerusalem, Holy Stairs, Baptistery of St. John, Basilica of the Four Crowned Saints, Basilica of St. John)
