This charming apartment is located on the fourth floor (no elevator) of an ancient historic building in the very heart of the city, just a few steps from Piazza di Spagna. Full of character and tastefully furnished with great attention to detail, the apartment preserves its original features, such as the beautiful period ceilings, seamlessly blending historic charm with contemporary design and modern comfort. The apartment can accommodate up to four guests and features a cozy living room with two comfortable single armchair beds and a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, a charming mezzanine level with a double bed, and a bathroom with shower. Bright and inviting, the apartment enjoys an ideal location in the heart of Rome, from which all the city’s main attractions can be easily reached on foot or by public transport. Perfect spot near the heart of everything. Very clean and had anything we would need. Charming and beautiful! Only warning is that there are many steps to get to the apartment, but we thought it was worth it!

We had an enjoyable stay here. The bed/pillows weren’t the best but were serviceable. I don’t believe the listing mentions this anywhere, but be prepared for five flights of stairs and no elevator. This was an unexpected surprise for us and our luggage upon arrival. Wonderful area!

What a lovely apartment!

A 2 minute walk from the Spanish Steps, this apartment was perfect for our (my daughter and myself) 9 day visit to Rome. Great location, fun and quirky decor, and just the right size!

AC was there. Place was super cute and ideally located. We walked everywhere. Of note, this is a fifth floor walk up so be aware before you book. Communication was overall good except when we had a problem (door buzzer--super loud--went off at 8am and we couldn't stop it) and we didn't get a response for more than 2 hours. If you are self sufficient, this is a great place. If you have a serious problem and it takes 2 hours for someone to respond. That's a problem. We truly enjoyed our stay and loved the location.

Arrival was a little complicate din terms of communication with the agency. The appartment was really well located and had great potential (even though it needs some fixing). Calm environment. Carefull, 4th floor no elevator.

Great stay, great location

We stayed at this apartment for 5 days. The location is amazing. Super close to metro, groceries, restaurants, gelato :) and of course the Spanish steps. Walking distance to a lot of things.Check-in was easy, unit management was very professional and helpful. Unit was as shown in pictures. Overall a cozy stay and would book again if back in Roma. Its top floor with no elevator so set your expectations accordingly before booking. It was no problem for us.

This apartment is not what it appears in the picture. It is smaller than it appears. The couches look dirty probably because they need to be replace or recovered. We did not realize there was a door blocked off that looks to go to another apartment. There was noise we heard at night from that direction. We were told that the lock was difficult to work and I wondered why they have not replaced the lock. We could not lock the door at night; too late to have the manager come to fix. The apartment is on the fourth floor, so if you are older or handicapped it would be a challenge to get the suitcases up or down. Also, the loft stairs are steep and no railing. The bed was very firm.We booked this because of the excellent location and the lower price for that area. So a good deal if they other factors do not matter to you.

The location of the apartment made the price worth it. Not only around the corner from the Spanish Steps, but adorable, quality and well-renowned cafes just outside the doors with high-end shopping. Property is on the tippy top floor of the building, lots of stairs with steep stairs up to the loft area (watch your heads) so be weary when booking. Vrbo does not manage the property, communication must go through the point of contact provided to you through weekly rentals. City tax per night must be paid in cash. Overall a fantastic stay in an epic location.

Nous avons passés 4 nuitsL’emplacement est parfait, nous avons tout fait à piedsPar contre l’appartement est mal isolé, les voisins tapent des pieds et les portes jusqu’à très tard. Il y a appartement collé à celui là et avec une porte communicante. Nous les entendions manger, parler, juste à côté de nous … c’était gênant. Ma fille a dormi sur le canapé et non sur le canapé lit car le matelas est vieux, pas confortable du tout. Il n’y avait rien pour essuyer la vaisselle dans la cuisine … pas de petites attentions (café, bouteilles d’eau) pas de pression pour se doucher … bref heureusement qu’il est bien placé et que nous y étions que le soir et la nuit

Beste Lage, einfach traumhaft! Man befindet sich im Herzen Roms. Meiste Sehenswürdigkeiten leicht zu Fuß zu erreichen, auch Petersdom. Man kann morgens auf den Pincio oder am Tevere joggen oder spazieren gehen. Supermarkt auch quasi um die Ecke.Schönes Ambiente, sauber, alles nötige ist da, Küche auch ausreichend ausgestattet, sogar die Heizung ist da, eher eine Seltenheit in Süditalien.Kommunikation mit dem Host unkompliziert und angenehm, auch bei Fragen während des Aufenthaltes. Nur wenn man Schwierigkeiten mit dem Treppensteigen hat, könnte 4. Stock ohne Aufzug problematisch werden.Gerne wieder!Herzlichen Dank!
