It is a very quiet urbanization, surrounded by nature, with a beautiful pool overlooking the countryside and a short distance from the beach (Arenal de Son Saura), which is 5 minutes by car and about 15 minutes on foot. It has three bedrooms, two full bathrooms (one of them with a bathtub and the other, ensuite, with a shower), a living room with a smart TV and a DVD player, a small but fully equipped kitchen (large fridge-freezer, washing machine, microwave, oven, Nesspreso and Senseo coffee machines, kitchenware, etc).
