Lovely apartment with great views to the sea - 5 min from the beach!

This charming apartment is located in a peaceful and immaculate complex featuring a large swimming pool surrounded by expansive landscaped gardens, only 5 minutes walk to a shallow beach, ideal for kids, and to local amenities and basic services (restaurants, supermarket, pharmacy, etc).
The porch and its small private garden, comfortably furnished with a table and four chairs, overlooks the sea, the pool, and the community gardens. The living/dining area features a three seater sofa, a leather armchair, dining sitting for up to 6 persons, 40" smart TV with satellite connection, and wifi. The kitchen is provided with all necessary facilities (ceramic hob, oven, fridge, microwave, washing machine...). Two double bedrooms and one full bathroom.
Everything is carefully decorated with particular attention to details.

This appartment is perfect: well located near a beautiful beach, perfect for snorkeling and children and very well furnished.We enjoyed so much our stay.

Apartment in great location

Great sea views and beautiful gardens. The apartment was comfortable but would benefit from some modernisation. The host was very good at dealing with any questions we had.

The apparent was welcoming, clean, and well equipped. Good Wi-Fi and the AC was good. Nice to have a few kitchen bits- seasoning, oil, coffee etc. Great view from patio. Was in perfect position to get to pool and local supermarket was a one minute walk away.

Lovely stay

We had a lovely stay at costa arenal. The apartment was just what we need for us and 2 children. It was cosy and clean and close to the shops and beach and had 2 pools. We contacted Elsa a couple of times and she was really helpful and got us what we needed quickly All in all a lovely stay

Lovely flat by the sea

This was a lovely flat in a really nice complex. We had a super week with our two-year old who was in and out of the pool. The flat had a high chair and a travel cot, and it was extremely well kitted out for everything we needed for the week. The five minutes to the beach took a bit longer with a toddler, but the beach was well worth it: beautiful and shallow. Elsa was easy to reach and very helpful. A lovely holiday, many thanks.

A super apartment in a well maintained complex.

We enjoyed a lovely 10 day stay in this clean, well organised apartment. The grounds and pool are well maintained and looked after making it very relaxing. A short walk to the beach and a good number of restaurants. Handy to have the bus stop behind the apartments. Although, be mindful that the bus doesn't run after 6-6.30pm. It is advisable to hire a car for any length of stay on Menorca, if you wish to visit other areas of the island as the bus times make this quite restricting. The area of Arenal de Castell was lovely with a huge horseshoe bay and lovely beach. Only 2 small supermarkets serving the entire area, so food was expensive and limited compared to other less tourist orientated areas. The owner of apartment was very helpful and communicative and made our stay as comfortable as possible given the issues they experienced after a huge storm the day before we arrived. Overall, a great relaxing break in a beautiful part of the island.

Emplacement idéal pour visiter l'ile

Bien placé au centre nord, nous avons pu visiter et nous promener sur toute l'île. L'appartement est trés fonctionnel avec deux chambre. Le séjour cuisine est très agréable à vivre. Nous n'avons pas pu profiter du petit jardin et de la piscine à cause du temps mais ce doit être sympa en région. Beau séjour.

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, ist aber schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Wasserhähne und der Duschkopf müssten dringend entkalkt werden. Der nahe gelegene Strand ist super schön und überall gibt es leckeres Essen. Leider kommt die Müllabfuhr jede Nacht zwischen 2 und 4 Uhr und die Straße, zu denen die Schlafzimmer raus gehen, ist sehr laut. Das war nicht so schön. Es gibt einen tollen Pool. Insgesamt eine gute Unterkunft.

Sehr schöne, kuschelige Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist in einem wundervollen Garten gelegen und mit herrlichem Blick zum Meer. Der Strand ist in ein paar Minuten barfuß erreichbar, und für "Vielschwimmer" ist diese Bucht mit glasklarem Wasser ideal. Sehr ruhige Lage, nur ab und zu fährt am Schlafzimmer ein Auto vorbei. Insgesamt eine sehr schöne, kuschelige Wohnung. Wer allerdings ein schnelles und durchgängig funktionierendes Internet erwartet, wird leider enttäuscht. Es stellt sich jedoch die Frage, ob Internet im Urlaub so wichtig ist - dies ist sicherlich individuell verschieden.

This is walking distance to the beach and restaurants and has a really lovely swimming pool which the apartments all share.

Excellent location

The property was located well and was in walking distance of all amenities. Property was clean with plenty of towels including beach towels. The beds were extremely comfortable and the apartment had an added feature of AC in the living room area. The outside area was well maintained with a beautiful view looking out over the sea.

Apartamento acogedor en zona tranquila

El alojamiento es como se aprecia en las fotos. La zona es tranquila y, a pesar de estar en una urbanización y tener la piscina cerca, no se oyen ruidos. La playa cercana es agradable y resguardada y tiene algún local agradable para comer o tomar algo. El pequeño porche del apartamento es muy agradable y fresco. Por su orientación solo recibe sol directo al principio de la mañana lo que le protege bastante del calor. El salón del apartamento también es muy agradable y puede abrirse casi totalmente al porche. Su ubicación convierte al apartamento en un lugar propicio para explorar todo el norte de la isla.

Super ausgestatte Wohnung

Die Wohnung hatte alles, was man benötigt. In Laufnähe zum Strand und Restaurant sowie Supermarkt, genügend Parkplätze auch in der Hochsaison. Wohnung hatte bequeme Betten, zum Kochen war alles da, das einzige was wir bemängeln könnten wäre der Duschkopf. Der sollte vielleicht ausgetauscht werden. Der Rest wirklich super.

Relaxing week by the beach

We had a great time in Costa Arenal . The flat is very cozy and quiet, the swimming pool area was always clean and never crowded and the beach near by is amazing. The kitchen is fully equipped and the double bed is extremely comfortable. We will come back!

Great holiday accommodation in beautiful grounds with fantastic views. Great location.

Communication with the owner was great. The property was as we expected with a good basic kitchen, smallish g living room and two bedrooms. Bathroom was a little smaller than maybe we had expected but very clean. The location was fantastic near to the beach and local amenities also with stunning views of the sea. It could benefit from air conditioning but we were aware or no air con when we booked. Overall a great property in a lovely location, perfect for a young family.

L’appartamento è bello e a pochi passi da una splendida spiaggia attrezzata . Se siete tipo pigri ,potrete passare la vacanza senza spostarvi e rilassarvi tra spiaggia e piscina . L’unica cosa che aggiungerei è un ventilatore a pale sul soffitto necessario forse per le giornate senza vento . Grazie per tutto

Un apartamento precioso, decorado con personalidad y muy acogedor. El lugar donde está es así mismo encantador, jardines con flores y una piscina. A 5 minutos andando, una cala. No se puede pedir más para pasar unos días fabulosos de verano.

Very comfortable apartment for family of 4

We thoroughly enjoyed our month's stay in this apartment. It's simple, well appointed and comfortable and is part of a very relaxed and beautiful complex. It has all you need for an uncomplicated, relaxing beach holiday, even with a 2yo and 4yo! The beach is a 5min walk down hill, the supermarket is a 2min walk down hill and there are 3 playgrounds within 3mins of apartment. But the grounds are perfect for kids to play and the pools (both toddler and full size) suit everyone. The internet wasn't great when we were there and sometimes you hear noisy neighbours, but these two factors were outweighed by all the other good points. Elsa was always very helpful and prompt in our enquiries and she maintains a lovely holiday apartment. We highly recommend and wish we were only closer to come back more often!

Great Property with stunning sea view

A great property with lots of thought gone into the apartment. We had a very comfortable stay. The apartment is on a small complex within beautiful grounds. No problems getting a sunbed at any time of the day. There is two pools which my 6 and 7 year old loved. Arenal den Castell is a lovely resort, much quieter than other parts of Menorca, it has a big horseshoe beach and is great for families.

We had fab holiday with 3 year old daughter. Brilliant location with well-stocked supermarket selling lovely fresh bread and pastries just 2 minutes walk away. Would recommend hiring car to explore beautiful unspoilt island. Great base location. Thanks

Menorca has always been my family's summer place. We adore the island and our apartment, which I have decorated with great care. I like clean, functional and harmonious spaces, with decorative details that have some intellectual or artistic resonance or a special charm for me.
