Inbetween mountains, in the heart of a small quiet hamlet, yet only 10km away from the sea you will find our oasis Villa Lipopir. Hidden from the road, but close by and surrounded by woods and hills. Positioned halfway through from the two beautiful ancient cities, Split (15km) and Omis (13), you will be able to discover all the beauties of the Dalmatian coast and still enjoy intimacy and relaxation that this villa has to offer.

The whole property is detached on two cascade plots and it is framed by a nourished flora and then surrounded by a beautiful stone wall that has been excavated from the very same terrain. There are several lounge areas. The first one is the covered terrace in front of the grill house, perfect four an outside dining, furthermore, because there you will find an amazing electric grill. Then there is another smaller garden furniture right next to the terrace, perfect to have your kids at the watch while grown-ups are hanging out or just a place to stretch out after the lunch and have a coffee.
On the second cascade, you will find swimming pool (3*8) and around the pool area with 6 sunbeds. In the corner, next to the Chill house there is a big lounge area in a sunshade that can freely accommodate up to 10 people.
The whole property is built on another house, but it is hidden from other peoples view and it has its's private entrance.

This modern newly built villa extends on 200 square meters of enclosed plot and another 200 square meters of the interior. The living house is on two floors and it contains 4 double bed bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a balcony, a living room, a kitchen, and a dining room. Each room is equipped with air-conditioning and tv, as well as it is the living room. In front of the living house, there is a smaller grill house equipped with everything you might need for exploring your gourmet abilities or for late-night gatherings while drinking our homemade rakija. The second cascade of the property is perfect for all leisure and relaxing activities. There you will find a pool surrounded by 6 sunbeds, another big lounge area and as we like to call it, the Chill house. The Chill house contains everything crucial for keeping you entertained and fit. It is equipped with the gym, a table pool, a big bar, a large TV screen, a big stereo Soundsystem with an ambilight and a bathroom. Guests have 2 places for their cars in the indoor garage and one at the outside on their disposal.

The property is located halfway through two beautiful cities on the Dalmatian coast, both of which have a rich cultural heritage. Split has among the best-preserved monuments of the Roman empire in the world and Omiš will amaze you with its glorious pirate history and unique geographical joint of sea, river and mountains. Both of the cities have a rich offer of nightlife and gastronomic experiences. For adventure lovers, Omiš is highly recommended since it is offering rafting on Cetina river, zipline, or mounting climbing activities.
Nearby our property, only 5km away, there is a river Žrnovnica where you can discover an old water mill still running or you can visit the river font where you can buy fresh fish from the fishpond. Only 5.8 km away there is a Star Village Mosor where you can enjoy the stargazing experience or beautiful panorama of Split and islands during the day. For lovers of active vacation, you can climb mountain Mosor until the top (1399m) or make a stay at the mountain hut Umberto Girometta (868m) where they offer great traditional dishes. You can find horse riding club Equino (6km), as well as a golf club (10km). Last, but not least, if you want to enjoy the Adriatic sea, you can go to the nearest beach, only 10km away in a small historical village called Stobreč that has a prosperous offer of recreational attractions and authentic gastronomic offer.

This villa with the swimming pool and lovely horticulture around it is truly like an oasis between mountains. Situated on the hill, it has an open sky view that is full of stars during chilly summer nights. We have a high appreciation for details and you will be able to see them carved into every corner. The grill house is specially decorated with antique tools that are giving you a real authentic feel of our tradition and culture. Since we cherish homemade products, you will be able to buy our homemade rakija and we are providing you with a fine selection of different sorts of Croatian wines.
