Our beautiful holiday flat is located in the heart of the Waldhufendorf Königswalde. The house was built in 1747 and we acquired it in 2010. With a lot of love and ambition we have fully renovated it until 2021. The holiday flat was completed in the same year and is looking forward to every visit! It is centrally located in Königswalde, so you can easily reach many places on foot, such as our Penny, a hairdresser, several bakers, a church, a doctor, the stationery shop "Bergelt" as well as a playground and a savings bank machine. The hospital and pharmacy are about 8 km away in Annaberg-Buchholz, and the village of Königswalde is located right next to Annaberg-Buchholz and close to the Czech Republic. 25 km away you will find the Fichtelberg with its beautiful ski slopes and hiking trails.
The holiday flat is at ground level, only 2 steps in front of the front door have to be mastered. You then enter a shared vestibule (used by the landlord and tenant) before entering the holiday flat with a separate lockable entrance. This means that you have the flat on the ground floor all to yourself. As landlords, we live on the upper floor. Sometimes you may be greeted by our cat or our little dog, and in our holiday flat you will find a kitchen, a living room with dining table, a bedroom and a bathroom with bathtub. In the bedroom there is also enough space for a baby travel cot.windows and doors should always be closed when leaving the flat.a large double bed in the bedroom for 2 adults and a sofa bed in the living room, this has a lying surface of bed size (width): 130 cm Bed size (length): 191 cm.Possibly too narrow for 2 adults but ideal for 2 children or one adult. A high chair and seat attachment (toddler) for the toilet available.
Next to the house is a small green area with table and chairs, which can be used. There is a car park right next to the house (red paving).
We kindly ask you to leave the holiday flat swept clean when you check out. Small dogs are welcome, but an additional cleaning fee per dog will be charged on arrival (see additional services per stay).
