La maison de ville Makani Sands # 309 est un condo 3 chambres, 2 1/2 salles de bain au 3ème et 4ème étage avec 3 vérandas, et une vue incroyable sur l'océan nos îles voisines de Molokai & Lanai. Cette maison de ville de trois chambres, récemment rénovée, est équipée de 4 télévisions par câble, d'un magnétoscope / DVD / magnétoscope et d'une chaîne stéréo Bose. A l'étage, il y a un lit king dans la chambre principale avec salle de bain privée et un lit queen dans la chambre d'hôtes avec baignoire. Chambre au rez-de-chaussée avec lits jumeaux. Il y a aussi un canapé-lit dans le salon pour les personnes supplémentaires. Il y a une cuisine récemment rénovée et totalement moderne avec tous les appareils nécessaires. Laissez les vagues vous endormir avec deux vérandas face à l'océan. Il y a une 3ème véranda sur le mont. côté. Profitez d'une journée sur notre plage de plongée en apnée, de natation ou de bronzage juste devant votre porte. Ce condo a également un coffre-fort pour vos objets de valeur. Our friends and family trip from Arizona has been unforgettable. Whales and turtles from the lanai, amazing snorkeling spots within 15 minutes driving, great food spots that are within walking distance. Thank you for sharing this property so we could all have a Maui trip adventure that our families could share together.

Great visit to Makani Sands

The property was exactly as advertised. It is right on the water and has a nice swimming area directly in front of the condo. The property manager (Tammy) was great to work with and everything in the common areas was impeccably maintained.

Magnificent place to stay

I'm telling you, you won't regret staying in this condo, no need to go look for a beach for swim, Times Supermarket, ABC store, cafe and restaurant is right at the corner, very convinient! Tammy is the bomb! Thank you for having us and we do appreciate, never a moment you will regret! Mahalo Tammy and crew for everything!

The best part was the neighborhood green sea turtles that visited daily. There were some pesky termites, but only showed up once or twice during our stay. Super soft towels and clean house made the welcome to the island very warm. Tammy went above and beyond for us and we would certainly come back! Thank you.

They even provide you a handbag for you to carry beach towels. And you can go into the beach and ocean directly from the building, not acrossing a street or walk long.

We were worried that there wasn’t going to be a beach in front of the condo, but where pleasantly surprised to see the clear blue water, turtles, and SAND. The condo was perfect for a family of 6. The rooms were spacious and clean. There was always a nice breeze which made it ok without the air conditioning. We would love to stay again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall room was ok. Dated, humid and a bit smelly (likely due to carpeting combined with no conditioning). That said, price for a three bedroom was reasonable. With no air conditioning you had to leave windows open and it’s pretty noisy with the waves so close to the ocean. Outside pool area was well maintained. Back area by water - only one BBQ worked, but we made do. There were some cockroaches in the first day, but management sprayed and I think we only saw one more after that. Again, location is great with lots of restaurants, beaches and shops close by.Would I stay there again. Yes - but only with air conditioning and a few upgrades. (It was my fault that I didn’t realize there was no air conditioning until after we arrived.)

This property is right on the ocean but recent construction has left no beach so we really couldn't get in the water but did enjoy watching the sea turtles swimming around as we sat on the balcony. The property management was on holiday during our stay so we had no interaction with them - except for a 30 second interaction to let them know we were leaving when we checked out.

Everything is clean inside and out and both times the staff were very friendly. It’s way better than a hotel in terms of atmosphere and convenience. Parking is easy and there are plenty of restaurants nearby to choose from. We’ll be back.

The small kitchen is missing several expected items. There is no ocean access (although there should be) so that was disappointing. More than one (broken) beach chair would have been nice.
