The condo and the view are beautiful! Everything looked exactly like the photos! The condo is also in a great area near some iconic Maui locations, but the area is still quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed our trip and I would love to stay here again!

Great location and stay!

The property lived up to every expectation and the location was fantastic! Great view, clean and plenty to do on the property including mini golf and shuffleboard. The owner easily accessible and very helpful!

Absolutely wonderful stay!! This Ocean View Penthouse was perfect for us! The picture is spot on if you want to wake up to an amazing view every day and we could even watch the whales.Bedrooms were comfortable for each of the couples and kitchen was fully stocked for cooking.Property was close to dining and grocery (yes, you could walk). Plus, the property had a front desk area if you needed anything or had questions about the area.Host was quick to respond if we had questions and made sure we had what we needed.Thank you!!

Relaxing and less crowded

Was a good stay, location is not too bad, lots of shop close by, the resort itself have nice pools, hot tub and plenty of areas outside to hang out with nice scenery. Could use better plates and cookware and maybe have some chairs and other swimming gadgets available for use for guest, but overall was a pleasant stay.

The unit wasn’t very clean. In particular the floors were dirty and stained. Bedding/ linens and towels were worn. Master bedroom fan and blinds are in disrepair. We were disappointed that there were only two beach chairs for a unit that sleeps 6. Kitchen was well appointed but could use a refresh of some of the utensils as they were worn out. Great views for whale watching and the overall community was very nice.

Lovely Stay

We greatly enjoyed our stay. The location was so convenient and just a short walk to the pool and waterfront. The unit had everything we needed and a beautiful view of the water. We did struggle with some of the cookware as eggs stuck to the pan no matter how much we sprayed non stick cooking spray. The steps to upstairs are narrow and the unit did get a little warm at times so we appreciated the fans that were provided. Quick response times for any questions we had and the young man at the front desk (Jayden) is fantastic. Overall, very happy with our stay!

Boho chic with breezes and ocean views

Absolutely loved this gorgeous getaway. Units within the Papakea resort vary greatly in terms of style, floor plan and decor. This property is a hidden gem. This condo was extremely well appointed and perfect for our group of five. You could easily fit two couples and two or three children. The condo has an AC unit, but after we opened the windows and slid open the door, it wasn’t needed. The amenities at the resort are quite nice and the staff were very friendly. You’d be hard pressed to find this room configuration at any of the resorts nearby. Beds were very comfortable and appliances are brand new. High end details like mirrors, tile and lighting make this feel like a home, not a hotel.

Our stay at Papakea D403 was fantastic. The unit exceeded our expectations and comfortably accommodated five adults. The two bedrooms and loft were spacious, and having three full bathrooms was a huge plus. The unit was also well stocked with everything we needed.One of the highlights was starting and ending each day on the lanai while enjoying the beautiful views of the grounds and ocean.The only minor drawback was the air conditioner, which had to run continuously to keep the unit comfortable during Maui’s summer heat and humidity. This made the lanai a little louder than we would have liked, but it was a worthwhile tradeoff for having a cool and comfortable place to escape the heat.We would definitely stay at D403 again and would highly recommend it to others.

This property is fabulous for a family of 5. I was amazed that the view out the family room window of beach, palm trees, pool and garden is exactly what it looks like. Check in was just like a hotel. Owner Communicated well about a repair that needed to be made. Highly recommend

This was our second time staying in this condo! It was great for my daughters and their friends. Everyone had plenty of room. The check-in process was super easy and the condo was clean upon arrival. We especially loved the beautiful views from the living room and kitchen- made cooking and cleaning enjoyable. The kitchen was well-equipped and had everything we needed. The unit is close to parking, yet quiet. We did have a couple of questions and the communication with Jamie was easy. I received answers in a timely manner. While the condo doesn’t have split unit a/c, the wall unit and fans kept it comfortable in the evenings! Our stay was excellent and I can’t wait to return!
