The condo was peefect for us and the other couple that stayed with us. It was super clean. The host responded extremely quickly to th4 one question that I had , which they had already answered in the emails. Parking wad ample in front of where we stayed even with our large vehicle. Th3 pool area was really nice also.

Space is big and comfy, although TVs, furniture & bedding are a bit dated. The property itself is quiet making it easy to enjoy the views from the patio. The pool/jacuzzi were nice enough, most of the time it wasnt busy so we had the entire area to ourselves. All in all it’s a great budget friendly choice thats still in a great location.

The stay was lovely. The facility was very clean and well stocked and decorated. The view was stunning. It is a little further to the beach than the map they give you shows, but you can see it on Google Maps, and there is a free Shuttle near by. We often drive to Airport Beach about 2 miles away anyway, so our place was perfectly located for that. The property is well worth it!!!!

This condo was incredible for our family! Great location with tons of parking. We could see the ocean from our back deck and sunsets were incredible. Kitchen was stocked with the basics.

Fantastic location and great communication with hosts 10/10Condo wasn’t clean (dust everywhere) and fans were completely covered with a decade of dust…..We had an issue with the drain on the bathtub that was resolved the following day 10/10 !

Great place. Accurate description and close to all amenities yet very private from the bustle if the shoreline. I would definitely stay here again. Shower curtain was moldy smelling and found toenail on nightstand. More attention to detail by cleaning staff would be my only suggestion.

Maui Fun!

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at Kaanapali Royal! The location was perfect, close to all of the great spots we like to play and eat! We played golf as well. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful time in Maui. Booking, communication and check out were all seamless and questions were promptly answered. The location and amenities were great. Pool was used on a windy day to avoid big surf and was in excellent condition. Short and beautiful walk to the beach with access close to a Ka'anapali Trolly stop when our kids didn't want to walk anymore. Parking was very secure. Boogy board, beach towels and beach chairs all provided!

Maui relaxing

Property was well located, close to restaurants, shopping, beach, and golf. But set back from the Kaanapali hustle and bustle. Beautiful sunsets from the lenai.The unit has lots of room, kitchen was well appointed. Aloha and Mahalo Maui.

Overall, we enjoyed our accommodations with no major complaints. The layout is great for two couples. Two King beds was a definite draw in our decision. Location on the island could not be better. All our recommendations are minor in nature. First of all, the late check in process should have indicated to just park and the form to fill out would be on the windshield in the AM. Fortunately, we ran into a security person who explained it to us. The beds are definitely on the soft side. The TV instructions for the main tv to get to cable were unclear, although maybe that was us. And finally, perhaps I did not read closely enough, but from the pictures I assumed or first floor unit would not be a staircase down from the parking lot. Which was not a problem, until a member of our party suffered a leg injury. Overall, we were very pleased with location, the layout and our host.

My stay at this property couldn’t have been better. Everything was super easy from checking in to checking out. The host sent messages throughout the stay checking on us. Property was walking distance to whalers village. I will definitely be back to stay here!
