Ce condominium de 3 chambres et 3 salles de bains est parfait pour des voyages en famille, cette propriété a tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour profiter pleinement de vos vacances à Maui !!

Profitez de la vue sur l'océan depuis votre véranda spacieuse dans ce magnifique condo de 3 chambres et 3 salles de bain au Papakea Oceanfront Resort! Ce condo comprend une cuisine entièrement équipée, un lave-linge séchant, une télévision à écran plat, une connexion Wi-Fi gratuite et un système de climatisation divisé dans 2 des chambres et le salon! Le terrain de Papakea s'étend sur 13 acres avec un parcours de 18 trous, des jardins luxuriants et des étangs de carpes koï. Promenez-vous le long du rivage et contemplez l'océan Pacifique bleu cristal, tout en observant la vie marine comme les tortues de mer vertes et les baleines à bosse!

Le terrain de Papakea est comme une plantation tropicale, entouré de fleurs et d'arbres hawaïens. Un étang à poissons Koi est également en vue juste à côté de votre véranda. Accrochez-vous près de la piscine ou trempez-vous dans le bain à remous pendant que vous lavez vos soucis! Le Papakea se trouve juste au nord de la zone de Kaanapali Beach Resort et à seulement 5 minutes au sud de la zone de Kapalua Resort, vous êtes donc à proximité de certains des meilleurs restaurants, boutiques, plages et plongée en apnée de Maui! Les installations du Papakea Resort comprennent deux piscines, deux spas à réaction et des courts de tennis éclairés.

Le condo est à distance de marche des bars, des restaurants, des supermarchés et plus, y compris Whalers Village - un complexe commercial de classe mondiale qui a une variété de boutiques et de restaurants exceptionnels, un musée de la baleine de renom et des divertissements hawaïens gratuits. Family Vacation

We came to Maui to celebrate with our family of 30 people. We stayed in 9 different units. It was a perfect place to relax and enjoy our family!! So many wonderful memories. We will definitely stay there again!

Maui Paradise vacation

This property worked well for us as a family of 5 with three teens. It is our first time staying here as we have stayed at other close properties in Honokwai in the past. Enjoyed the stay here as it was a quiet and relaxing location. You can still go and eat and find amenities at the hotel next door. The pool was great and our ocean view was lovely.

Excellent stay.

The property was beautiful and well maintained. I would recommend some new pillows but I would stay there again without them. There was plenty of cookware in addition to the well maintained Weber grills by the pool.

Amazing condo-stunning sunset views!

We loved our stay here! This condo was renovated beautifully and made the perfect place for our family to spend a week in paradise! It was well appointed with everything we needed and is steps away from the pool and beaches! Most of all, we couldn’t get over the breathtaking sunsets from the patio! Book this condo! You won’t regret it!

We were very happy with the property especially with the number of reschedules that were needed due to COVID-19 and Hawaii's quarantine process. Great job by the property managers keeping us informed and our needs met. The property was exactly as expected and had a great view!

Beautiful property just as advertised. AC in all rooms made the condo very comfortable. Great views and just a perfect place to get away. Minor issue with nats or very small bugs. Just annoying more than a pain. They didn’t get into food nor did they bite. They didn’t scare us away or even bad enough to complain. We’d go back in heart beat.

The parking was bad the 1st couple days because of tree trimming. The night we arrived we had to park across the street at a business because there was no parking available. The washer had a moldy/musty smell. Also had mold on the gasket so we didn't use it. The rest of the condo was great!

Incredible family trip!

We rented this property for a 4 generation family trip & it was perfect! The home was set up perfectly with everything needed, comfortable, clean & tastefully decorated! The location & grounds feel safe & well maintained. The views from the living area couldn’t be beat! We cooked great dinners & enjoyed our cocktails on the patio at sunset. The property grounds were beautifully lush & well maintained. The pool area & yard games & putting green available we’re also a hit with our group! Such a great touch & fun way to spend time together. Mornings were well spent drinking coffee on the patio & taking in the views.The property is a very close drive to great shops, dining & beaches as well as grocery stores. An couple awesome coffee shops within walking distance made for a great morning start as well as ABC store for snacks & basic necessities. We truly can’t say enough great things about the property. From the friendly & helpful staff on grounds to the beautiful & comfortable home, we loved everything about this stay!

Great Family Vacation Property

We were part of a family group that rented 3 units on this property. Our unit was clean and well-supplied. The option of 2 pools was great as were the grills that were available for use. We saw many employees caring for the grounds throughout our stay. Location was good. The only issue we had was checking in. I had called ahead to make sure my daughter could check in first as they arrived before we did. I was assured that it would not be a problem and said it was not necessary to even take her name as she would just need our name to check in. Well, I was given bad information as the property would not allow her to check in because her name was not on the reservation. Her family had to wait over an hour until we arrived to get in the condo.

Great view but property is more for seniors than families

I have done lots of vacations and unfortunately I felt like this one came up short. Not all because of the property though. The property was nice but not worth the money that you have to pay. I was surprised when we checked out that we had an additional bill for maintenance that I thought we had already paid. I was ready to go home and we needed to leave that I just left and didn't fight it. The property isn't bad but it's not really meant for families. The view was great but there was no beach because the storm that came in so obviously there is normally not much beach front. We didn't even use the pool because it was so small that we ended up going to another resort and doing day passes. If you want to watch any TV in this unit it's like watching your computer screen and there are no instructions for the 3 remotes. I tried to get info and I got a text that was not helpful at all. Just not what we thought it was going to be.

The good and bad

Resort/location-great! Grds, pools, tennis cts, beautiful. Able to walk in ocean; even snorkel. Resort next door has nice bar on water w/ good food/drink. Close to a lot! Loved Lahaina. Unit itself disappointing except appliances nice/new. Most issues easily fixed; surprised they're not for price. Only 1 bath towel pp,1 hand towel & wash cloth per bathroom. Not even 1 beach towel per person. Yes, washer/dryer, but who wants to do laundry on vaca? 3rd bdr is loft/not private like bedroom needs to be. While pictured, louder than anticipated. Was noted in prev review twin beds cld be pushed together-not the case-dresser there now. No A/C in 2nd bdr; fans didn't cool enough; stuffy/hot & NOT hot outside. Master TV didn't work. Only lites in master were in bathroom. 2 bedside lites burnt out-no overhead lite. Floors very dirty. Sign said remove shoes before entering, which we did but had to wash our feet before going to bed or putting shoes back on to go outside. Furniture was old & dirty. Needs small investment in furniture, towels, lites, tv's, cleaning, glasses; things expected in high end unit. Patio NOT as pictured-NOT able to enjoy. Table big enough for 6 but patio was not. 3 chairs at table & 4 more pushed off to side; making 2 of 3 chairs at table unusable. 3 bar stools inside meant we couldn't eat together:( Again for price, expected better basics. Not even decent glasses, cups; all mismatched. Many amenities were 'old cabin in woods' not 'high end Maui'.

Absolutely Wonderful stay

Six adult family members stayed at the Papakea Resort sept 23 to sept 30 in a 3 BR, 3 bath condo. The condo kitchen was extremely well stocked except for a kettle which was asked for and received. The condo photos were exactly as pictured except the lanai. The photo of the lanai was deceiving as it looked much bigger than it actually was due to the set up and angle it was taken from and had different furniture on it which the six of us could not sit around. The table was too big for the lanai and there was a wooden frame in the corner that took up space and the AC unit dripped water right in front of that. On arrival a sign asks to removed your shoes. We did and all of us had filthy feet by bedtime and had to wash our feet. I advised property mgr and someone was sent in to clean the floors. Otherwise, it was absolutely perfect. The view of the pool and ocean from the lanai was amazing but you couldn’t sit out there while the sun was going down as it was too hot. Amazing sunsets though. Six BBQs around the pool for use which was awesome. I did ask if there was AC in all bedrooms and if all were working and was told there was. There is no AC in the back bedroom so we set up two fans to pull AC from living room and move the cool air to the back bedroom and my sister said that worked but they couldn’t close their door for privacy. Upper loft had AC, it’s own bathroom and two twin beds. We had to rearrange furniture up there a little to accommodate the two people sleeping up there so they had more space. Note that there is a $17 a day surcharge at Papakea. Also note that there are no shade umbrellas at the pools but some palm trees offer shade but more is needed. Other guests kept taking chairs and loungers from the pool area which is not supposed to be allowed and there was very little furniture left at the pool by weeks end. Condo is within walking distance for groceries, some little shops and a few restaurants which was awesome. Lahaina is a short drive away and has lovely shops, restaurants and views of the ocean plus activities to book. Many beaches in the area and snorkelling right off the beach at some. We all thoroughly enjoyed our week in Maui and would return.

B405 is a beautiful condo

Our family of 6 really enjoyed our stay in your beautiful condo. It was comfortable, roomy and very clean and well kept. The area around the condo is wonderful, it was easy to get to Lahaina and the Kaanapali area and we thoroughly enjoyed Hawaii. Leo was very responsive and we really enjoyed working with him. *We were not welcomed by the Papakea staff as much as I would have hoped / expected for what we paid for our stay. Our children were enjoying the pool around lunchtime and we were told to be quiet and "read the rules". We did read the rules, and there were not any rules about noise or even about "horseplay". The birds, ocean waves and water aerobics instructor made more noise than our children were making. Another time, we saw the staff tell a child that they couldn't have a board in the pool because it was "2 inches too long". There were literally TWO children and ONE adult in the pool at the time. It just seemed a bit silly honestly. It left a terrible impression on our entire group of 11 staying in different rooms at the Papakea resort. We also didn't feel like communication was very good - we weren't sure when any activities were occurring and there wasn't much community feel to make us welcome. We might've enjoyed yoga or water exercise if we had felt encouraged to be involved. The staff walked around like zombies not interested at all in what was going on. We actually even felt sorry for them, because they all looked somewhat miserable. Last, they didn't communicate the tsunami warning would occur at 11:45 on the first working day of the month and honestly, this is just bull crap. Any visitor that is coming to the island should be informed of this, it scared the crap out of our kids for no reason at all. We were in the pool at the time and thought we legitimately needed to evacuate the area. It was SO unnecessary. While it might be typical for the natives, it certainly wasn't a fun experience for us. Add it to the binder! We read through the whole thing and easily could have avoided this experience. I'm honestly not one to focus on the negative, but the Papakea resort staff honestly made us feel like they didn't want us there, and that is the only reason we would think twice about renting this condo again in the future. Hawaii was amazing. Breathtaking, beautiful and a truly memorable lifetime adventure for us. Mahalo!

Comfortable in cooler weather

AC was misleading, none in the second bedroom at all and a governor controlled it. The unit on the lanai caused the area to get so hot in the afternoon and evening we could not sit out nor eat there. We could use it in the mornings when the outdoor temp was the coolest. No hot water in the master bath shower. Three of us used it at different times during the day and all had warm showers only. No oven except the microwave/oven combo above the cook top stove. it took double the time to bake puff pastry, so we had to completely replan our meals. No recycle bin in condo, tiny kitchen trash can for a condo to accommodate a larger family or group.Broom was appreciated to sweep any sand tracked it, but no dust pan makes to tough to use.The master bash shower had built up dirt on the outside of the shower doors which were completely covered in mineral deposits.The master bedroom had an issue where something had left residue on the tile, perhaps a piece of furniture. The lanai was way too small for the size of table on it.I do have pics of the shower and floor.The resort is a well maintained beautiful property that we may try one more time, the staff was very helpful and engaging.
