The adjoining kitchenette is equipped with a fridge with freezer, hob, two-bowl sink and worktop: all the necessary kitchen utensils are included in the basic price. Two bedrooms with mosquito nets on the windows and French doors, one with a double bed and one with two single beds, offer ample privacy and comfort. The bathroom with shower/tub completes the harmonious interior design.

The outdoor area of the house boasts a large covered veranda for outdoor dining, a private garden consisting of a larger garden in front of the veranda and a smaller one behind the house, and an outdoor shower, ideal for cooling off after a day at the beach. A barbecue, a washing machine with sink and a large courtyard offer additional comfort. For your car there is a private parking space and a large water reserve with a 6,000-litre tank.
