➀ Quiet hours begin at 10:00 pm. Please keep noise to a minimum.

1. Guests acknowledge that they will keep their noise level to a minimum after 10:00 pm; please be respectful of the neighbors.

2. No parties or events allowed.

3. Guest must provide us with a valid working phone number & guests listed on the reservation must report to us within 2 hours from the time of arrival if anything in regards to cleanliness does not meet their standards so we can help address the situation as soon as possible.

4. NO SMOKING or use of fire permitted in the rental; guest acknowledges that no `smoking` includes the use of vape pens and marijuana and `use of fire` includes the lighting of candles, incense, or sage. There will be a $200 charge per day of reservation if this rule is not followed.

5. There can not be any more than the allowed number of guests in or on the property at any one time, violation could lead to the immediate removal of all guests without a refund.

6. Late check-out fee of $50 (if not authorized) applies for check-outs after 11:00 am. We`re sorry we have to charge this but we pay our housekeepers based on the agreed-upon checkout time and if they are unable to clean we still have to pay them.

7. Guests who make reservations for over 30 days must sign our standard lease agreement and agree to a background check before check-in (it will be provided before check-in).

8. As part of our commitment to maintaining a clean and comfortable environment for all guests, we require a midterm cleaning for reservations lasting 30 days or longer. The midterm cleaning will take place on the 15th day of your reservation. This cleaning is mandatory and is designed to ensure the continued cleanliness and hygiene of the property.

9. The cleaning fee for the mandatory mid-stay clean will be deducted from your security deposit or through the resolutions center.

10. Pets are not allowed.

11. Excessively dirty units will incur an additional cleaning fee and will be evidenced with photos.

12. For your security and protection the property is equipped with an exterior camera.

13. Please remember to take all of your belongings with you upon checkout. Any items left behind will incur a $50 Mailing fee (separate from the cost of postage). We will do our best to send your items back to you within a week.

14. Guests who fail to arrive for their reservation, for any reason, will be considered no-shows. No-shows are non-refundable, and no credits, reschedules, or exceptions will be provided under any circumstances.

15. If not following any of our rules forces us to refund or discount an upcoming or existing guest you will be liable for the costs.

16. If you were a previous/current guest and did not respect our house rules and our property, we have the right to decline your next reservation.

Everything was amazing in the condo. The kids loved the splash pool and lazy river. The condo was nice. Great location. We had a great time. The only thing that we did not like was the elevator wait. But get up early and it will be worth it!!!

Loved this condo!

We loved the condo. Just a few hiccops, but nothing to not book this place. I loved waking up to seeing the ocean each morning. Wow. Super nice. Ellen was super in getting smaller issues resolved asap. customer service at the splash and owner Ellen was wonderful. Everyone was so nice! We stayed in Feb, so Splash was doing alot to get ready for the spring breakers. But nothing to big at all. They will help in anyway they can. Would definitely stay here again.

Family Vacay 2023 Was Amazing!

We loved this condo. ❀. Only have a few issues, number one being the lack of elevators. They really need at least one more for each tower. After driving 10 hours it was definitely no fun waiting with all our stuff to ride the elevator, especially with a 3 and 6 year old. We waited in line for 30 minutes! We had an issue with the door code not working but the condo owner was very easily reached and helpful. It didn’t take her long to give us another code to use and get us inside. Another thing that would have made the stay better would have been for at least one of the pools, splash pad or lazy river to be heated. The water was way too cold for all of us. But the view was amazing, the balcony was great, the condo itself was wonderful. Pretty good location too!

Rude Host

Other than the extremely rude host, we enjoyed our stay. The condo was fairly clean other than the sand in all of the beds. It is on the beach, so maybe that is just part of the package, but the fact the sand was on the fitted sheet and not just on top of the bed, was a bit concerning. When I very tactfully brought it ups to the host, she said her cleaning lady had a great reputation and she could not imagine the sheets did not get cleaned. She then copy and pasted a text from her cleaning person saying we were lying and left it at that. I did not bother pursuing the matter any further because I have learned that some people are just unpleasant and it was not worth ruining our vacation over. Just washed the sheets oursleves. I would stay at the resort again, but would avoid this host.

Unfriendly host and Roaches in the condo

We have been going to Splash for the past 5 years and have enjoyed all our stays with the exception of this one. When I received the email with all the check-in information (3 days prior to arrival), it stated the ice maker was broken and everything had been done to fix it other than purchasing a new refrigerator. This was a big inconvenience to us. Once we arrived I called to see if we could check-in early and the host wasn't nice. Actually very rude. I understand that it's not always possible to check-in early however I do expect to be treated with kindness. Since we wasn't allowed to check-in early, we done some shopping and ate lunch. Check-in is at 4pm. We arrived at the condo at 4:30pm to find our code wouldn't work. I called the host and got an immediate answer and new code. Once in the condo, we noticed roaches in the kitchen on the counter and around the stove and refrigerator. This continued to be an issue the entire 8 days we was in the condo. Both showers had mold in the cracks and corners. The kitchen wasn't stocked very well. We had to use a knife to slice a pizza. Overall our stay wasn't as expected and we will not rent from this owner again.

Family Christmas vacation

Everything was excellent, Except for one elevator at the property did not work, so there was only one elevator running.

Enjoyable Stay

We stayed at the property in September. It was a great time. The condo was clean, neat and offered beautiful views. This was our first time staying on a higher floor and it was an amazing experience. Definitely recou.

Condo and view where awesome!!

The cleaning person did a poor job but the owner took care of that asap!!! Other then that very nice condo and view was great!! We will come back again!!!!
