NEED A VACATION?? Look no further. Our SPLASH condo is the answer.

SPLASH is one of the premier condominiums that PCB has to offer. There is something for everyone - water park with slides, tiny tot area, interactive water toys, lazy river, adult pool, hot tub, dive-in family movie, beach side bar & grill, game room, BBQ grill area, and, of course, the white pristine sandy beaches of Panama City Beach.

Don't pack yet - let me tell you about our accommodations.

You will be staying in our spacious 1500+ sq ft Windsong unit which has 2 master bedrooms with king size beds, 3 single bunks located in an alcove, and a queen size sofa sleeper. Walk out to the balcony from the living room or either bedroom and experience the breathtaking sunsets and gorgeous ocean view. Prepare fresh seafood from the local market in the fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops. There is plenty of room for dining either at the kitchen bar or wooden dining table. After a day in the sun, you may want to relax in front of one of the three televisions, watch a DVD or listen to the stereo. As an added convenience, we have arranged free long distance calling and WiFi in our condo.

**Splash Resort requires a one-time $35 fee, payable at the registration desk, which covers one parking pass and pool wristbands for guests aged 12 and older. Each additional vehicle will incur an extra $35 fee.

Overall location and arrangement of the condo was good with lots of room. We particularly enjoyed the balcony overlooking the gulf. Splash is a very good facility with lots of activities and good security. I would rent the facility again, but there are a few things that need some attention. The rocker/swivel chair in the living room needs to be replaced, It is worn out and dirty from wear. The curtains in one bedroom need to be repaired. Could not find the switch to the garbage disposal or it would not work. The lights in one of the bathrooms were flickering. The door facings need cleaning and /or painting. I also made one inquiry to the manager before our arrival that was never answered. I offer these suggestions as a way to help improve a good facility that we enjoyed.

Loved staying in this unit. The room was really clean & very comfortable beds! The only issues were the bathroom sinks were slow to drain & water was really slow to drain on the garbage disposal side of the kitchen.

The condo was just as described! It was very clean and well equipped with little extras that you might need, sand toys, beach chairs, kitchen necessities, balcony chairs and the best was the free beach chairs and umbrella on the beach everyday we were there!! Will definitely stay there again hopefully next year

Great location, beautiful resort. Easy check-in process. Only downsides the bunk bed had a broken bottom piece and one of the sinks in the master room was slow to drain. The water in the splash area is freezing though!!

Arrived before 6 pm CST and no one at check in desk and was told by security officer that they would return at 8, which they did not. Room was ok but not the cleanest and the washer had mold and the kitchen sink had an obvious leak that was known before our arrival as there was a bowl underneath to catch water which I dumped as it smelled. The lamps in the main living area did not work. Garbage disposal did not work and the elevators were slow and waited forever during busy times. Obvious rule violations by other tenants that were not addressed. People hanging towels and clothes on balconies and some things were thrown from balconies. Pool area was not the cleanest and loud music was played by other tenants. Smoking not enforced.

You should be upfront that you pay to park and your room is not guaranteed until 6pm. We did not get our room until 5pm after being in the car for 9 hrs. I don’t expect perfection on cleanliness but the place was not clean

Great property and Super Clean

Second stay in this condo and this time was for 8 days. Was as comfortable as it could be and the stay was outstanding. Even forgot something on checkout and the owner made it very simple and easy to get back in a few hours later once we realized it. Would rate 6 stars if I could.

Girls Trip to PCB

Absolutely loved staying at this condo! It was a corner unit with 2 master bedrooms with a view of the beach! This was our spring "girls trip" (over 60). This unit was in the East building over the pool and lazy river. The water could not have been more perfect during this stay! I will stay here in the future if available. Thanks for a great long weekend!

Great stay at Panama City Beach

The location was easy to access and had a great view. It was easy to access the beach and there were a wide variety of pools for all ages. A splash pad for the little ones, a big kid splash zone and even a lazy river. All in all it was a great location and stay for a beach trip

Perfect for our family of 5!

We loved this resort. Our room was so nice, open, but also private. The balcony was the best. We met so many of the other guests throughout our stay and everyone was very nice and friendly. Owner was great at communicating and providing instructions. Our first time staying here and we will definitely be back!

Great Condo!

We had some random things pop up during our stay and the host was very responsive. The balcony was beautiful and the kitchen was well furnished - including a nice set of pans. (Sounds specific but we've had a lot of cruddy pans in our day!) The washer and dryer were large capacity and efficient - much needed with two families (9 people!). The layout is a good use of space and it was nice having a couch large enough for all of us to sit down! (Again- we've had a lot of small couches in our day!) The checkout expectations were the minimal basic and not the super-long-lists you see at some places now. The property itself was great- pools are wonderful for the double-red flag beach days and the on-site dining and drink options were very convenient. We even used the gas grills one night to cook steaks and shrimp. Would definitely stay with this host again!
