Splash 102 West is on FIRST FLOOR. It is a beautifully furnished 2BR/2BA, beachfront condo on the western end of Panama City Beach! This stunning condo has updated flooring, granite counters in the kitchen, and a washer/dryer for your convenience. Relax on the private 1 th-floor with a big balcony, boasting breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico! The views don’t stop there! Enjoy views of the Gulf from the living room and kitchen as well. We provide some basic amenities for guests (dishwasher detergents, paper towels, small bottles of shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and soap, 1 toilet paper rolls for each bathroom, this is not a hotel.
We don’t provide any beach towels.

We ask our guest to throw all trash away. Wash and put away dishes.
Registration: Parking pass is $35 Due at the time of check-In paid directly to the resort.
