The Space:

Enjoy Panama City in this truly special condo overlooking the beautiful Florida coastline. Positioned on the corner of the complex, this home boasts the luxury of having a wraparound deck and balcony access from each bedroom. The large windows that span the entire living area and bedrooms allow for ample light to enter the condo creating an inviting and bright ambience. Whip up a delicious breakfast in the full kitchen that sports vast counter space and stainless steel appliances before heading out to the sand for a day on the beach! When you want to cool off a bit, the refreshing waters of the shared pool are steps from the beach. As the sun goes down, move the party to the hot tub and soak under the famous oranges and pinks of the sky before heading backl up to the condo to recharge for the next day's adventures.



This condo is situated in the perfect position to see everything that Panama City has to offer. The beach is just steps away, but if you would like to explore the city a bit, the famous Pier Park is mere minutes from your front door. Here you will find shopping, dining, and beach activities galore for the whole family. If you need to play a round of 18, Holiday Golf Club is a few miles away as well. The Aaron Bessant Amphitheater is home to musical guests and various festivals throughout the year, so be sure to check out what is going on before you arrive. Gulf World is great for the kids to watch dolphin shows and explore aquariums too!

We loved this condo and it’s beautiful panoramic views of the ocean. Very easy parking and elevators. The kids loved the pool. Beach was great! We had the best time!

Nice Property - Awesome Sunsets

We love this complex and have stayed in 5 or 6 different units. This unit was clean, roomy, and fairly well stocked. The views of the sunset were spectacular, but I was disappointed there was no access to the wrap-around balcony from the master bedroom. Highly recommend The Palazzo but we will check out other 3 bedroom options in the future.

Great property & condo

Would rate this experience & property as the best yet! My only suggestion would be to replace utensils in the kitchen as a few were broken. The knobs on dressers were missing or lose as well as bathroom cabinet but this is minor. All in all the place was great & would definitely stay again.

Friends trip!

Pros: The location, beach access, parking situation was toptier. You literally just park your car and get on the elevator to your room. Pool and hottub were really nice and fit all my friends. Becach service was also a plus. The view and outdoor space from the condo was really nice. Cons: The place had outdated decor/furniture and minimal kitchen supplies (forks, plates,glasses). It just smelt kind of dirty and there were obvious places of built up dirt (one place being one of the showers) They provided limited bathroom supplies so be sure to get extra. Overall I paid for what i received and made some cool memories if you can get past outdated furniture and decor

5 days in West Panama City Beach

Easy check in, the front desk even let us in early because we forgot about the time difference coming from EST zone. It has a good location in proximity to Pier Park and shops. Very spacious for 5 adults. The best part was the southwest view of the large deck, just beautiful sunsets. Some small things should be attended to to. There were about 9 light bulbs burned out in the unit. The tile floor needed a good mopping; our bare feet got dirty in there so we would wear flip flops.

Good stay

Property was accurately described. Unit 507 was large and clean and served our purpose perfectly. Pictures are accurate on website. There are a couple of chairs at the kitchen table that have very loose legs but other than that everything is else worked fine. More on the quiet side of town but the beach was full but not crowded. A couple notes about the property. Our unit wasn’t ready til after 5pm even after they called us about 3:45 asking where we were at and when we would get there. Also the hot tub was out of order and fenced off, not a huge deal but they post on their website that it is down for repair. Like the reviews say the parking lot is very small. All in all good stay and one of the better properties in the area.

Clean, pretty, Kitchen well equipped

Clean, bright, beautiful views. It was breezy during our stay so they wouldn’t let us put up the umbrellas, so we simply couldn’t sit outside on the beach. The breeze was equivalent to an east coast normal day, but they are not used to that in the gulf. The beds were very hard, did not make for a good nights sleep. The master mattress was softer than the other rooms and acceptable, but the other guests complained about the mattresses. Kitchen was most adequately equipped. The chairs in the family room had no arms, NOT comfortable to watch TV or a movie in for sure, you just cannot get comfortable in a chair with no arms. Would I rent this particular unit again, probably , but I got the “good” bed. The property is great, have stayed there before, will hopefully get to stay there again.

Nice Condo, Beautiful View

Our stay was very enjoyable at this condo. This was our annual girls trip to the beach and we have stayed at Palazzo in the past. The condo was clean and well-stocked and the view was amazing. October is a fabulous time to come to the panhandle, we had great weather, warm water but it wasn't too hot. Only a few things could be improved. The balcony only has 4 chairs and no dining table - an improvement would be to add those so we could eat outside more comfortably. The management said they wanted to come up and replace some light bulbs and put a full size mirrored closet door back on its track. They never came and they were the ones who told me about it before we got into the unit! There is one reclined in the living area that is sort of broken but it's useable. But none of this was really a big deal. Everything else was fine and even though the unit is not classically "beachy" the decor is colorful and comfortable. Had a great time!
