We had a great stay! The unit was clean with plenty of space, bedding, and kitchen utensils. We enjoyed the large balcony and the super easy access to the beach. Additionally, the condo was furnished with excellent black out curtains for all rooms, including the living area, which was a great bonus for the two kiddos we had sleeping on the pull-out couch.

This was our family’s 2nd time staying there and being on the 1st floor is a big plus for us and to have a separate living area for my daughter and her kids is really nice. We love coming to splash and the owners make the process really easy and that way we can enjoy our stay. We will definitely be back!

We have stayed at splash before and this room was much nicer than the previous one we stayed in. The unit is cleaned and updated and the mother in law suite was perfect for our family of 6 plus plenty room for the rest of our family traveling with us. The first floor really came in handy when we had to evacuate for few nights due to power loss and was able to carry our luggage just down flight of stairs. The host messaged to check on us as hurricane was passing through to make sure we were ok and didn't need anything. Also worked with us when we had to find a new room for few nights while power was restored at splash. Would definitely recommend booking with the Meisner family! Hope to book with them again in the future.

We had a great experience in this rental. Being on the 1st floor is a huge bonus in this development. The unit descriptions are accurate and the spaciousness of it was great for our family.

The condo was beautiful and spacious. The beds were very comfortable. Loved the gulf views. The balconies were wonderful. Really appreciated that we could take the stairs rather than waiting on elevators. Everything was perfectly wonderful. Can't wait to come back again.

Everything in good working condition and the best location at the hotel. First floor without elevator wait times and a wrap around balcony. Perfect set up for kids to have a blast.

Condo was amazing. Very clean and tidy. Amazing views of the gulf from the balconies. Very comfy beds. Pool area for the kids was excellent with lazy river and splash area. Would recommend staying here.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!! The condo was super clean, and the room set up was perfect for us (four adults and a baby). We loved having the options to swim (choice of pools!), walk the beach (clean and family friendly), or hang out on the balcony watching dolphins and birds. The poolside bar and grill had a good selection and the food was great. The kitchen was well supplied with pans and dinnerware for dining-in. We appreciated the short elevator ride to the first floor, and having the stairs as a viable plan B. The parking was convenient—it was easy to safely transport all our things from car to condo via the bridge. Communication with the owners was terrific both before and during our stay. We would love to come back in the future.

We love staying at the splash resort! We always stay with the same family who has multiple units within the property. They are always great with communication and make the process a breeze! They’re very accommodating and the place is always spotless. 10 out of 10 would recommend for any family looking.

Overall our stay was amazing! The owners were very quick to respond and get help with the few minor things we found! The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space for our group! The kids had a blast and ranged in age from 6-14 and there was plenty for everyone to do! Being on the first floor was convenient!

Perfect location!

It is in the perfect location. Right on the beach. The condo was spacious and well supplied with the necessities. The pools were great for the kids and it was nice that they were heated.
