Beautiful ocean and pool view. The property was spacious enough for the 5 of us and very clean. Only down side beds where a little harder than we liked but to each their own, and no actual oven just a tiny counter top conventional oven which would probably work for small groups who ate out more but we are a big cooking family so it was a bit rough. Overall we definitely enjoyed our stay

The cleanest condo in Florida!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were blown away with our rental from blue swell! It was the cleanest condo I’ve ever stayed at! The condo was fantastic, tons of space and fresh clean towels. Very clean and everything we needed was there. The resort itself has great pools and location they just need more efficient elevators it’s a busy place so I think they’re working on that with the renovations.

With a bustling resort, fast and reliable elevator service is essential—especially when heading to and from the beach. The HOA and building facilities team are actively working through property renovations and mechanical upgrades to modernize the lift systems, and we are continually pushing to ensure those improvements make a noticeable difference for guests. Mediocre Room With A View

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Right on the beach,with amazing view of sunsets. Beautiful outdoor pool area. Well maintained outside. Guard to keep outsiders from coming off the beach. Everything had to be paid ahead of your trip. Parking garage was tricky with several floors and you have to pay additionally for it. Long walk to get to the elevators (very inconvenient) and then you take another elevator to get to the unit's floor & then another long walk to the unit. Don't recommend for older folks or trouble with walking. The unit was another issue. Uncomfortable furniture (especially on the balcony) with no eating table, only counter. Cheap nic-nacs everywhere. Window coverings were horrible, could hardly open them to see the amazing views. Plastic shower curtains. Poor lighting. Beds were just okay. Check in with the door code was very confusing. The unit was very quiet except for the fact that we happened to have construction outside our bedroom window. Loud hammering and debri falling all over our balcony and hallway. Made it impossible to be on the balcony until workers were gone in the evening. Shouldn't have been rented during this time. Blue Swell reimbursed us for one night stay. We feel that wasn't generous enough. 2 great restaurants to go if you're there: C-Level & Dee's Hangout. All in all, we were there for the beach & that didn't disappoint.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay. The views were amazing from every room of the apartment. The property is beautiful and the apartment was spotless. We were able to enjoy the indoor pool and hot tub a few days. Location was great to local attractions and restaurants. On the days we didn’t want to eat out, it was convenient to purchase food at the outdoor kitchen located downstairs of the hotel. Staff were friendly and very helpful when answering any questions about the amenities and things to do in the area. I definitely recommend this property for your next vacation.

The hot tub was broken the entire time we were there- was not disclosed prior, and the host has made zero effort to try to make it right. They have just kept saying they will get back with me. That was one of the big reasons we booked here! I’m not sure I would want to book with Blue swell again after this.
