Doté de 1800 pieds carrés, ce condo tout en tuiles de 3 chambres / 3 salles de bain a un plan d'étage unique avec des baies vitrées / curseurs offrant une vue sur le golfe de chaque piÚce! Chaque chambre offre un accÚs au balcon avec une vue imprenable sur l'océan, une salle de bains privative avec des combos baignoire / douche et de grandes vanités à double évier, de nouveaux meubles, des matelas et plus encore! Le salon et la salle à manger spacieux sont dotés de baies vitrées / curseurs spectaculaires et d'un accÚs à un grand balcon. Our recent stay at this condo was absolutely wonderful! The view of the water was breathtaking, and being right on the beach made it easy to enjoy the ocean any time of day. The location couldn’t have been better — close to great shopping and a variety of restaurants, all within a short distance.The condo itself was spacious, spotless, and well-maintained, providing plenty of room for everyone to relax comfortably. Check-in was simple and smooth, which made our arrival stress-free.A special mention goes to our security guard, James, who made us feel very safe and welcome. He greeted us upon arrival, checked our parking pass, and made sure everything was in order — that extra level of attentiveness really stood out.Our host was equally attentive and responsive, ensuring we had everything we needed throughout our stay. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we would absolutely stay here again!

This condo was wonderful for our family of 3 adult couples and an infant. They are refurbishing the outside of the building so there was a little noise inside and outside the condo but it didn’t interrupt our plans at all. The balcony beach and sunset views were amazing! The beach service was an added blessing - less chairs to haul to the beach :) We spent most of our time at the beach but the pools were a very nice option also. We will definitely stay here again when we decide to visit PCB again.

My family and myself loved everything about the condo. From the cleanliness to the wonderful people that own the condo, Joe and Kathy. Nice large bedrooms and bathrooms. Large balcony that the whole family could use, there was seven of us. This is a must stay place for a family!

The view was amazing but I was disappointed in the updates that it needed and the cleanliness of the overall place. There was an awful smell from the drains and washer that went through the whole place. I contacted the owners and was told to get bleach and pour down sink drains and open the washer lid. .

Best condo ever!

We love PCB and Long Beach resort and have visited for several years in a row during the week of July 4th. We have always been lucky to stay in nice units but this one is the best we've ever stayed in! It is decorated beautifully and comfortably, and there is adequate seating for 7 adults on the patio. The beds are comfortable with nice support and no sagging which made it possible for me to actually sleep when I generally struggle to sleep on vacation. Also, the kitchen is nicely equipped even though we did not cook at all during our visit except to make toast, coffee, and some sandwiches. The host was easy to contact from the very beginning when I initially booked the condo and paid the deposit. They answered immediately every email and when I texted them upon arrival. They were also kind enough to have housekeeping leave starter dish and bath soap, toilet paper, even shampoo and conditioner! I stayed there with 6 other adults in my immediate family, and one infant, and everyone was comfortable and we all enjoyed every moment of our visit! I highly recommend this condo and will definitely stay here again! Thanks, Mr & Mrs Pappaterra! You were awesome to work with and we look forward to another opportunity to stay in one of your beautiful condos in the future! ***** 5 stars

Great stay, as advertised and more

Our stay at JoeKathleen place was amazing! It had everything u could want and more! They checked in and updated on a few things as the week went along, answered any and all questions we had, gave us several great restaraunt reccs, etc.. The condo is very updated and very clean! It is equpiped with all the essentisls! This condo is nicely located at the end of the floor so no traffic passing by at any time of the day, its right next to a stairwell that takes u right down to the parking lot for quick and easy access.! Lastly the view is to die for, perfect panoramic view of the entire beach! The elevation of the room (3rd floor) is far enough away to not hear all the pool noise just below! The resort is also gated and has a gaurd on hand all day and night so resort is very secured! Trust me, this place will not dissapoint!

Paradise!

This property was perfect!! I traveled with my 2 best friends and our children, 7 in total. We each had our own personal space. The private balcony overlooked the pool and the hot tub. It is by far my favorite condo on any beach that i have traveled to thus far!! Perfect location too! Joe and Kathleen were exceptional host!! I can't wait to go back!

Beautiful Condo

Our group consisted of three couples in our 70’s. We loved that each bedroom also had a private bathroom. The balcony was our favorite spot for relaxing when we were not at the beach or golfing. The owners were very responsive if we had a question. Can’t go wrong with this condo, we loved it!!!

Perfect location and great condo!

We had a fantastic week in this condo! The view of the ocean cannot be beat, and access directly to the beach is perfect! The owners are committed to their guests comfort and enjoyment. Very attentive and responsive. We ate out at some of the many nearby restaurants, and we cooked in with ease, as the kitchen is very accommodating. We lounged on the balcony enjoying coffee in the early morning. We played games at the bench top table, and watched movies on the large screen TVs. We love that every bedroom is ocean facing. That is very rare! If you’re looking for a comfortable place in PCB that is convenient to everything, this is it!

Perfect for multiple families

We stayed with our son's family and daughter's family. Each have an infant. This condo is the prefect set up as it has 3 large bedrooms all with their own bathrooms. And they are full sized actual bedrooms unlike many other complex's in the area where the '3rd bedroom' is a bunk room.

Beautiful condo

This is a 5 star condo. It is beautifully decorated and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with all the cooking and equipment for a perfect stay. There was plenty of room for a family to spread out. We will definitely stay here again.

Family Spring Break

Gorgeous condo! You can’t beat the views of the beach. This condo was perfect with 3 master bedrooms/bathrooms. Plenty of room for our group. The views of sunrise and sunset were unmatched. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need. Plenty of bathroom towels, blankets and linens. Loved the gated community! Thanks for an amazing place for our vacation.

Great Condo and Excellent Location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the condo’s location couldn’t be beat. The property was clean and the pools were perfect. Elevator service was readily available—we rarely had to wait! The complimentary beach umbrella and 2 chairs made getting to the beach (and spending the day there) super easy, especially with small children. The balcony was spacious and provided the ideal place to watch dolphins swim and sunsets fade away. Overall, the perfect place to enjoy the beach!

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We had been looking for a unique, lower floor (3rd), end floor plan for a long time! We love the access to a balcony from all three bedrooms, the size (1800 sq ft), location, walking distance to many great restaurants and the 3rd floor unit was a perfect find. We have two identical floor plans in Long Beach and have purchased a new 2 bedroom......

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

Our condo features the most amazing views! It is an end unit allowing windows on the side,with fabulous floor to ceiling windows/sliders in all rooms and a balcony access from all three bedrooms! The large size (1800 sq ft) allows great space for the entire family, a perfect location where you can walk to many great restaurants and the 3rd floor level is just perfect for feeling like you are on the beach all the time!
We also love the amenities here - perfect place to enjoy paradise!
