Amazing condo unit 1211, newly renovated including new paint, new baseboards, new door trim and doors, all new wood look plank tile flooring, new curtains, new king mattress, new ceiling fans and huge 75-inch living room smart TV along with large smart Tv's throughout!
Step into this gorgeous, REMODELED 1 bedroom with Bunk Room/ 2 FULL bath condo! With modern decor and amazing plank like Tile floors throughout, you will love relaxing here! The beautiful white kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite counters and seating for your guests at the island. There is additional pub style seating just steps away, and your kitchen comes stocked with every small appliance and utensil you could need. Start your day enjoying coffee in the living area, which has HUGE windows that overlook the Gulf Shore beach. There is a large 75-inch smart TV, perfect for movie nights, and ample seating for all of your guests including a sleeper sofa and a standard size sofa. Enjoy our full-size Pac-Man Arcade game in our Condo. There are outside Adirondack rocking chairs, as well as a dining set, on the balcony- so end your day enjoying the sunset with friends and family!
The Master bedroom features a new King bed, with a large flat screen TV, a NEW ceiling fan and your own en-suite bathroom. This bathroom has a shower/ tub combination and a large vanity area. The Bunk Room has 2 new twin beds and a door for privacy. It even has its own flat screen TV, so it is perfect for kids or adults. It also has its own FULL bathroom attached, and this is where you will also find the full size, new front-loading Washer and Dryer. There is a Queen-sized pull-out sofa in the living area as well.
Shores of Panama is a 23- story Gulf- front luxury resort located in the heart of Panama City Beach. The resort features over 14,000 square feet of pool space, indoor and outdoor hot tubs, modern fitness center with brand new equipment and 2 poolside Tiki bars. There are beachside activities and water sports as well as chair/ umbrella rentals on site. Shores of Panama also provides reserved, covered parking and facilities for large events. Just steps away from everything you could need- Walmart is across the street, and you are just moments away from Pier Park, Panama City's premier shopping and dining area, along with World Famous Top Golf and Dolly Parton's Pirates Voyage Dinner & Show. Pineapple Willy's Beachfront Bar is just steps away, as is Ripley's Museum, Signal Hill Golf Course, mini golf and tons of restaurants. You will have a great time on your vacation, no matter where you go in PCB!

Shores of Panama charges a separate resort fee not included in the total cost. You will pay this by a separate link that is provided before check in. You must register your vehicles in order to receive the Parking Pass with this Unit.
The resort fee is $75.00 plus tax, a total of $81.00 for your entire stay.

Fantastic! The views of the pool and the beach were incredible. This condo is completely updated. The kitchen is fully stocked and the condo is even better than the pictures. We loved sitting on the huge balcony and looking at the gorgeous resort style pool and the shimmering Gulf. We enjoyed being so close to Pier Park and all of the restaurants, shopping, and activities. We will definitely stay here again and rent this condo.

This beach condo was the perfect Coastal Getaway. The Condo was fully remodeled and spotless , beautifully decorated, and had breathtaking ocean views right from the balcony. Waking up to the view of the waves and being just steps from the sand made the stay incredibly relaxing. The condo was well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable visit along with a huge smart tv and a full-size Pacman game. The location was ideal for both beach time and nearby dining. The pool was so beautiful. The parking was on the same floor, which made it nice that we did not have to use the elevators. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beach seaside retreat.

We loved staying at this beach condo. The view of the ocean from the balcony was beautiful, sitting on the rocking chairs and drinking our coffee in the morning was amazing. The unit was fully remodeled, clean, and well equipped, and the kitchen was fully stocked. The beds were so comfortable. The condo is right on the beach and close to Pier park for shopping, fun and other restaurants. The reserved parking was a plus and on the same floor. The huge outdoor pool was amazing and there was even an inside pool. The big living room Tv and Pacman game made it even better. We did not want to leave. I Highly recommend for a beach vacation and we look forward to renting this condo again.

What an amazing Condo, Right on the Beach.We have been coming to PCB for many years, and this is by far the nicest condo we have stayed at. The views were amazing and we really enjoyed sitting on the back balcony in the rocking chairs and drinking our coffee and looking at the beautiful pool and beach along with amazing sunsets. The condo has been fully remodeled with everything you could need. Huge smart tv's and very comfortable beds and even a Pacman game, which the kids loved along with a full -size sleeper sofa and another full-size sofa, so we had plenty of room for the 6 of us. We were really close to Pier Park which we were able to go to the Dolley Parton Pirate show and my husband got to go to Top Golf. Walmart was right across the street, which made it really convenient to get what we needed. We loved this condo and are sad to leave. We will be back to rent this condo again. Thanks for allowing us to stay here!!

January and February are monthly rentals. If you want a shorter length of time during this season, please submit an inquiry. We accept a maximum of 2 weeks rentals from March-November. In the event of a special request, please contact Reservations directly.
Renter must be at least 21, and if not at least 25 years of age, an additional $500 security deposit and photo ID will be required that must be paid to the management company. This fee is refundable as long as the condo is left in the same condition and no damages or excessive cleaning is found.
Shores of Panama charges a separate resort fee not included in the total cost. You will pay this by a separate link that is provided before check in. You must register your vehicles in order to receive the Parking Pass with this Unit.
