NEW LISTING! Oceanfront vacation condo with breathtaking views and easy beach access. Being a corner unit with each bedroom having its own balcony, it has one of the most desirable floor plans and views at Splash resort! This spacious 3-bedroom 3-bathroom condo comfortably accommodates 12 guests (up to 7 adults). It has a fully equipped kitchen, kitchenette, & dining table with view. Free reserved parking. Free high speed WiFi. 4K smart TVâs in each room. Enjoy one of the largest decks on PCB.
The condo splits into 2 private sub-condos (2-bd+kitchen+living / studio+kitchenette) allowing privacy if you want and ideal for an in-law suite, or internal doors can be left open so you can consider the entire 3-bd space as one.
***Low floor - NO NEED TO USE ELEVATORS***
The condo has everything needed for cooking and dining for 12 people. Linens and Towels are provided as well.
Washer & dryer are available in the unit.

Parking Notes: Guests are eligible for 4 parking passes. The Parking Garage is located across the street from the two Splash Towers. No scooters, golf carts, rentable mini-vehicles, boats are allowed on the property. There are spots set aside for check-in that you may use to unload. However, after picking up your parking passes, you will want to move to any other spot in the garage. For guest safety, please use the skybridge on the Lobby Floor that will take you across the street to the towers. Upon checking in at the front desk, you will pay a $30 Registration Fee to receive your parking passes and wristbands, plus an additional fee of $35/car as of the 2nd car (trailer is considered as a car) - this is one time payment for the entire reservation for all the guests together. Parking Passes must be displayed in your vehicle at all times.
Guest Entry Instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires an unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.
Water Access: Splash Resort allows beach access. The beach is accessed through the pool area. You will need your wristbands in order to access the beach.
Splash condotel is conveniently located on front beach road with its renowned restaurants and shops, less than 3 miles from Pier Park, which hosts its own variety of shops, restaurants, cafes and plenty of fun family activities!
This prime location also situates you near the breathtaking nature sanctuaries of Conservation park and St. Andrews park, as well as the Gulf Word Aquarium where you can swim with Dolphins, and the fun Shipwreck Waterpark, both situated just a few miles away.

We are a family of 4: Nir, Rachel, Daniel and Maya Naor. We have lived, worked and travelled in more than 50 countries around the world and are based in GA since 2016. Our love for travel has brought us pretty quickly to explore the Emerald Gulf beaches of Florida and it was love at first sight!
