You do not want to miss this fantastic, LOWER-LEVEL BeachFront unit at Shores of Panama! Recently Remodeled and Equipped with everything you need; you will want to stay here again and again! The living room features a Large Smart Flat Screen and a sleeper sofa and a standard size sofa. Great for movie nights or entertaining. New art, beach décor, new wood like tile and smart TVs throughout the condo. Enjoy the full-size arcade game where you can play Pac-man, Galaga and other games. Step out onto the double length balcony and relax on one of our Adirondack rocking chairs while enjoying the fantastic view of the Gulf. You cannot get any closer to the Gulf than this unit.

The gorgeous and modern kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, glassware, bakeware, and cookware. There is a new drip coffee/Keurig maker, blender, and toaster.

The master has all NEW furniture, a brand-new King-size mattress, new super soft sheets, new pillows, and new bedding. There is also a ceiling fan with LED lighting. The master has a large Smart Flat Screen TV with HBO! The ensuite master bath has a hair dryer, super plush "Hotel Collection" towels, and decor. This room is truly its own retreat!

The bunk room has an added door for privacy, new super soft sheets, new pillows, and new bedding. The en suite bathroom has new super plush towels, LED lighting, and a LG Full-size front-loading washer and dryer.

Shores of Panama is a 23- story Gulf- front luxury resort located in the heart of Panama City Beach. The resort features over 14,000 square feet of pool space, indoor and outdoor with hot tubs, modern fitness center with brand new equipment and 2 poolside Tiki bars. There are beachside activities and water sports as well as chair/ umbrella rentals on site. Shores of Panama also provides reserved, covered parking and facilities for large events. Just steps away from everything you could need- Walmart is across the street, and you are just moments away from Pier Park, Panama City's premier shopping and dining area. This property features 100% sanitized, clean sheets and towels, professionally cleaned by Gulf Coast Laundry Services. They are the ONLY linen service in the area that guarantees completely clean, sanitized and freshly ironed sheets and towels, giving you peace of mind and a great night's rest! Vacation Life Properties and Gulf Coast Laundry Services are proud to partner together to give you the cleanest, safest linens possible. Our Housekeeping Team utilizes the safest, most effective disinfecting techniques, as recommended by the CDC, to ensure that your property is the cleanest and safest it can be.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FROM RESORT: The resort will be performing a multitude of improvements starting on 9/24/24. In general, these improvements will include the repair and replacement of the stucco façade at various areas, concrete repairs, sealant replacements, parking deck repairs, and a fresh coating. Noise levels may vary depending on the time of each arrival.

Please note: Our rentals book weekend to weekend from May 17- August 2. We offer 5-night rentals March - April, with check in or check out on Saturday or Sunday. January and February rentals require stays of 28 nights. If you want a shorter length of time during this season, please submit an inquiry. We accept a maximum of 2 weeks rentals from March-November. In the event of a special request, please contact Reservations directly. Renter must be at least 18, and if not at least 25 years of age, an additional security deposit and photo ID will be required.

**Shores of Panama charges a flat rate $85 resort fee. You will pay this directly to the front desk after you arrive. 1 Parking Pass with this Unit. Garage Clearance: 6'10"

Football playoffs and Beach retreat

Friday night football playoffs followed by weekend beach retreat!! Loved the condo - it was everything listed. Beautiful view of the beach and plenty of room for us to spend the weekend. We will definitely be back!!

Awesome view, close to stairs, same floor parking. The beds are not very comfortable and the elevators are a mess! We have stayed in this unit before and would again.

Only negative is the parking garage is tight when traveling so if it were very busy, getting out would take some time but that’s at no fault of the property owners, it’s just not a quick exit.

Very cozy get away

Was very nice overall,the only thing I would suggest is to have more toilitrirs,garbage bags for the amt of people,we ran out of both ,and mattress in master bedroom was to soft,when you sleep on it everything goes to center of Bed and sheets fall off ,one last thing water pressure in sink was very low and took a little while to get hot,but all in all everything was great

Beautifully decorated and AHH-MAZING view

This condo is beautifully decorated. The oceanfront view was simply outstanding. The condo wasn't as clean as I would've liked. We contacted the property company and the owner, David, called and offered to send someone back out. By this time we had already brought all our stuff in, but we did have the the cleaner come out and clean the stove/oven and dust the living room tables. So I definitely appreciated the attentiveness in trying to make it right. This condo would easily get 5 stars, but I took 1 off due to the cleanliness. I've stayed at The Shores of PCB property before, so a few things, not related to this condo specifically, but just things to know. The parking deck can get congested and the elevators during the peak season can be slow with this property having over 20 floors. You definitely have to be patient. Direct access to the beach. Tiki Bar, food spot (not a lot of variety if you are pescatarian/vegan), coffee and ice cream parlor all on site. Pineapple Willys next door and Wal-Mart across the street, all in walking distance. It truly is a great location. And a beautiful condo!

Breathtaking view!

Absolutely beautiful view! We loved being able to look out of the entire front of the condo to look at the ocean or sit on the balcony to soak in the sun.

Excellent views and easy walk to local pier restaurant

The view from this room is breathtaking. 180 degree views of the beach. The room was great and owner explained new couches were on the way. Good leather though. The kitchen in very well equipped. The spare bedroom is very small. 2 young kids its fine. Our only disappointment was the Telescope was broken and unusable, The video game machine was great though. My wife and I will be booking this room again. It was everything and more we were looking for.
