Apartment building in a central location with a large sun terrace
Punta Brava - "the wild point" is a point of land at the tip of the black volcanic sandy beach of Puerto de la Cruz, northern Tenerife's second largest city. The picturesque borough across from the famous Loro Parque is right on the ocean.
Here you will find plazas, shops and restaurants, bars and banks, atms, taxis, hair dressers, pharmacies, newspaper agents, a church and a ferreteria, which sells everything but the kitchen sink. It is 30 meters to the ocean and 2 minutes on foot to the beach. You can reach the centre of Puerto de la Cruz by a nice walk on the beach within 20 minutes.
The guests of the Casa live in a terraced house attached on both sides, which has been extensively renovated taking biological and ecological aspects into account. The apartment is carefully and lovingly furnished and has a living room, a bedroom with a double bed (160cm x 200cm), a kitchen, as well as a bathroom with shower and toilet and is located directly on the house's large sun terrace, which is available to all guests .
