The 50 m² holiday flat is located in the Gràcia district of Barcelona. It is one of the neighbourhoods with personality and charm, with small pedestrian areas and squares surrounded by small bars and cafés. The flat is centrally located, but away from the crowds. The flat is situated on the third floor of a four-storey building with lift and can accommodate up to four people. The flat was last renovated and modernized in December 2014.

If you wish you can rent a parking space for your vehicle. This is available at the property. Pets are allowed on request.

The holiday flat has a bedroom with double bed (1,50m x 2,00m) and wardrobe with sliding door, heating and air conditioning. There is also a dining table for shared meals and an open plan kitchen which is only separated from the rest of the room by a counter. Here you will find a cooker, fridge with freezer, microwave, toaster and Nespresso coffee machine. If you need a baby cot, it can be provided free of charge.
