The living room has two sofa beds, air conditioning, sliding door to the terrace with views, 46 inch plasma TV, Wii video game console, DVD, many films, satellite TV with international channels. Bathroom on ground floor. Terrace with garden, barbecue area, outdoor sink, 45 m3 swimming pool. The heated pool is lined with natural stone.

Parking is only ten metres away. The holiday home is not suitable for people with walking difficulties. Baby cot and high chair can be provided. Restaurants, shops and nightlife are within a five-minute walk, and the beaches of Amadores, Puerto Rico and Puerto de Mogán, as well as the motorway to Tauro, are also nearby.

From the terraces, gardens and bedrooms you can enjoy the stunning sea and golf views.
