The 120m² holiday apartment occupies the first floor of the three-storey holiday house, which was newly built as recently as 2014 and equipped accordingly with all modern amenities, including air conditioning (cool/warm) in all rooms. The apartment consists of a living and dining room flooded with daylight, with an integrated open kitchen, three bedrooms, and two bathrooms. The living room has two comfortable sofas, a glass coffee table, a wide flatscreen TV with cable channels, a stereo system and a round dining table with four modern chairs. An elegant breakfast bar separates the dining space from the built-in kitchen, comprising a dishwasher, a ceramic hob with an extractor fan, an electric oven, a fridge with a freezer compartment and ample crockery and cutlery. Two of the bedrooms have a double bed measuring 140 x 200cm, while the third has a single bed measuring 90 x 200cm. The three bedrooms have bedside tables with reading lamps and cupboards with plenty of storage space for your clothing and luggage. The two sofas in the living room can also be converted into additional double beds, for two adults or four children. The three bathrooms each have a spacious shower cubicle, a washbasin with a wall mirror, a hairdryer and a toilet. A washing machine is available during your stay and you can use the reliable wireless Internet connection in the apartment free of charge.
Middle floor is not occupied at the moment, so absolute privacy is ensured during your stay.
Top floor has 80m² and 2 bedrooms of which first has a double bed measuring 160 x 200cm, and second has a single bed measuring 90 x 200cm. Also, there is one bathroom and additional toilet on this floor.
Big glass sliding doors in the living room open directly onto the private sunny balcony, with lounge furniture, affording an extensive view over the rooftops as far as the sea. This apartment also has all modern amenities, including air conditioning (cool/warm), kitchen, dining table, flat screen TV, very large sofa, wifi, etc.
Below in the outdoor area there ist he 8 x 4m pool, surrounded with plenty of sun loungers. The outdoor shower is very convenient. You can turn night into day around the illuminated pool and relax late into the evening. If you arrive by car then there are secure parking spaces right in front of the house.
Your holiday apartment is only about 500 metres from the nearest beach with crystal clear water and boat hire. It is about 8km (about a ten-minute drive) to the historical old town of Split with its many sights, shops, colourful markets and wealth of gastronomy. The nearest shops are only about 500 metres away, as well as a tennis court, and it is about 500 metres to a golf course.
