This was a great spot we had everything we needed and the host and property managers were great and helped when needed... had a great time. Will rent this property again
Everything was perfect! My daughter and I came to Savannah for the Beta convention. The condo had everything we needed. We slept so good! The location to the pool and beach was perfect! We would definitely stay here again.
We really loved the property and the fact that it has its own private beach! I love dolphins and we could literally sit on the balcony and the beach and watch them all day long jump in and out of the water. The room was nice and clean the only thing we had trouble with was the sliding door in the bedroom kept coming off track. So we just decided to leave it open. We would definitely go back!
View of the beach / sunset great!! Furniture is old, dirty, not comfortable. Carpet is well worn where it meets the floor. Room looks clean, but things like the glasses sticking to the inside of the cupboard because its dirty makes it all feel dirty. Way overpriced.
We really enjoyed our stay! Clean and described correctly. Great family friendly location with clean pool and quick beach access. Responsive staff. Only complaint is the bedroom door was off track and hard to get back on, we reached out and they sent someone over quickly. It was repaired but it continued to slip off the track. Other than that, zero complaints!
The unit we stayed in was nice. Could use a little TLC on the patio door. Great beach view from the balcony.
Short, easy walk to the beach. The more chill side of the island.
Property was a s described in the listing and the view from the balcony is perfect! Steps aways from the walkway to the beach. We saw dolphins daily!
The only things I did report to the property management was a very dirty air conditioning filter.
There are no beach towels or beach toys in the unit. Kitchen only has cookware. Make sure you stock up at the Publix before you get to the island. Very limited shopping options once on Tybee.
Overall great property and we would stay there again.
This little one bedroom with a balcony overlooking the pool and the inland was perfect for what we were looking for. Nice and quiet and convenient to the beach town.
Condo is outdated and poorly decorated but does that really matter? Kitchen was stocked and really loved that the pool was managed and attended. Nice to have music piped in and when they say the pool closes at 9, they mean it. Quiet place to stay and felt very safe with gates entrance. Will recommend and maybe even come back.
Very nice. Cute condo. Perfect for a couples getaway
One issue was the bed size. It is difficult for two adults to fit in a full bed. The other issue was the broken vertical blinds for the sliding glass door. Otherwise, everything was perfect!
The overall stay was nice, the included on site community pool was a big plus given my child wanted to swim nearly all the time. The condo itself was clean and furnished and everything was in working order.
The only downside personally was just the overall size of the condo, the bedroom was just large enough for the bed and the living room/kitchen wasn't much bigger. Having 3 people stay in this specific condo was a little cramped, but luckily we didn't mind and we only really used it for a place to sleep since we were outside most of our stay. The other downside is the bed (and window above the bed) are on the wall that connects the main hallway for the condo complex building, so you'll occasionally feel or hear people walking by which wasn't a big deal, but just know that if you're a light sleeper, you may be disturbed by people walking by.
Other than those small things, the stay was great, the beach is literally a stone throws away from the room so that was nice and having a onsite pool is a big plus if you or your children like to swim.
The view is gorgeous. It was nice having the pool and the beach steps away. It was a quieter area which was perfect for my daughter and me. Staff was super friendly and checking in was so well organized and easy.
The negatives...The building is pretty old. The sliding glass door is still broke (saw that in reviews from at least 6 months ago). The bed feels pretty old and run down and the blankets too. With a small couple hundred dollar investment, could be an easy fix. What was really bad though, and what I couldn't get over, was the awful smell of the running water. Sulfate, rotten eggs. I couldn't brush my teeth without gagging. I dreaded taking a shower and only did once. I'm not exaggerating, it felt like I had no clean water for the long weekend and that was the worst part about my stay. Not sure if it's a building issue or this property in particular, but as soon as you turn the water on, the smell hits you in the worst way. In my opinion, the view was pretty but wasn't worth how uncomfortable I was sleeping on an old mattress and without water.
Nice one bedroom condo with all the comforts of home. Excellent location, easy check-in, and great view.
Enjoyed watching the dolphins!
The sliding door to the balcony definitely needs repairing or replacement - very difficult to open/close
The location was really nice. Beach was steps away and close to downtown Savannah.
Condo was nicely stocked with kitchen appliances and was satisfactorily clean.
The only issues were the screen/patio door was broken and would not lock as well as was difficult to slide and this is a second floor condo, so you hear the people above you. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay!
The units are small (as pictured and described) but comfortable. This unit is aging and can use some maintenance (sliding glass door is in poor condition as of my stay), but was clean and tidy otherwise. Grounds and pool were just fine, staff was helpful and friendly. Would stay again, although I'm sure specific units will vary in their condition.
