Détendez-vous et détendez-vous sur notre balcon qui donne directement sur l'océan Atlantique et la plage de sable blanc !!!

À quelques pas de la plage et trĂšs proche de Coligny Plaza avec de nombreux restaurants et magasins. Promenez-vous jusqu'au Tiki Hut qui est un bar de plage prĂ©fĂ©rĂ© de l'Ăźle et profitez de la musique live tous les jours pendant la saison. Montez Ă  bord des deux vĂ©los de plage que nous proposons et roulez le long de la plage et profitez des plus de 60 miles de pistes cyclables sur l'Ăźle. Vous pouvez vraiment aller n'importe oĂč Ă  vĂ©lo.

The location of the condo and the ocean view were wonderful! The condo space is very tight but for 3 nights it was ok. The bed (new mattress needed) pretty much took up the entire bedroom! If you plan on making any meals, be aware there is no table or chairs. The apartment was very clean, but it definitely could use an update.

We had a wonderful stay at this villa. The ocean was right off our balcony, and we spent a lot of time out there. We rented bikes, and that was so nice! The villa itself was tasteful, but we didn't much time in it really. Mostly just to sleep. We didn't cook at all, so I assume everything would have worked fine. The manager was prompt in responding to requests. We loved it, and would stay here again.

Great condo with great views!

The view from the balcony is amazing. We saw deer, rabbits, an Osprey and more. You will definitely enjoy this condo.

Great view

This place has a great view. Everything was really clean. There is a ton of wild life activity in the dunes, bunnies, cats, and deer. Its a very short walk to coligny plaza. Overall we had a great time and stay.

Sunrise Views

We fully enjoyed our visit to HHI and our stay at this property. It’s impossible to beat an ocean-front view for peaceful mornings with coffee and the sunrise! The condo is clean and well-equipped with beach chairs, towels, toys, etc. which was appreciated. We will return!

Amazing Ocean View

The property was in a perfect location and had an amazing view of the ocean. It was a short walk to Coligny Plaza with a grocery store and numerous restaurants to chose from. It was just me and my husband so the condo size was perfect for us for a few days. It was also great to have beach chairs, wagon, umbrella all provided for us so we didn't have to purchase or rent.

Excellent view, waking distance to Coligny Square & property manager accommodating. My husband and I traveled with our 16 month old son. Just a word of caution...oven, dishwasher & front door could all be opened easily by him. Nice for a quick getaway!

Nice location and view!

We enjoyed our stay. Location was good, close to shopping and restaurants. Our room was accurate to the posting. Nice for a couple. It is a long walk to this room from elevator (opposite end of the building), but we didn’t mind using the stairs. Also, the bedroom does get extra warm as the air conditioner is located in kitchen/living room area (but it was extremely warm outside during our stay). We had a fan so it helped sitting it in hallway to pull cool air toward bedroom. We also had a little issue with gate code but agent responded with her override code which worked and then we had no more problems. Overall enjoyed, nice location/view.

Nice Condo

Condo was as advertised. Property could use a deep clean and the door needs repaired. The lock is tricky and you have to pull hard on door to get it locked or unlocked. The bedroom stayed a little warm as the air conditioner is in the living room and the air doesn’t get to the bedroom very well, they have a fan in the closet, but it’s very loud. I’d recommend bringing a bedside fan. The beach towels, chairs, and cooler was very nice to have since we flew in and couldn’t bring all that. The beach access was great and the island was so much fun. It’s a good size for a family with a couple of small kids, although the top bunk didn’t have a ladder or side rail, so keep that in consideration. We would stay here again

The condo was clean . The view was beautiful unless it rained. There is a light in the ceiling that leaks terribly and floods the whole patio. It even got to the patio doors. One night it leaked until 1:00 am. This is not a small leak. It is a very heavy stream. This has been going on for awhile , because there are divots in the carpet from the leak. Then in the afternoon when it heats up, the carpet smells like cat urine. For the money that I paid to have the view, this was a major disappointment!!

The perfect place to relax and enjoy the beach with an oceanfront balcony. Meredith was very helpful in planning the stay and answering questions before arrival! My parents truly enjoyed all the space had to offer. It was very helpful have so many additional items available for their visit to the beach so they didn’t have to pack as much.

Everything was great except the gate codes that we were provuded with would'nt work. We were able to tailgate someone else a couple of times. We finally got in touch with the owner and got a better code. Other than that everything was great.

Overall we really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was clean, conveniently located, and all the equipment (television, appliances, shower, etc) were in good condition and worked perfectly. This was also a very quiet location. Aside from passing by someone in the hallway, you wouldn't even know that there were other people in the building. We really appreciated the washing station near the beach access to wash off the sand after a beach visit. However, while not necessarily deal breakers there are a few things to keep in mind. The bedroom pillows are very thick. If you like thinner pillows you way want to bring your own. You may also want to bring a fan, as the bedroom is located on the opposite end of the condo from the air conditioner. A small fan was provided, but and additional fan would have made things more comfortable. Also the kitchen was small, so dont plan on cooking any huge meals, but it was perfect for smaller meals. Also the kitchen and bathroom trash cans are very small and are provided with very small bags, so it may be handy to bring some garbage bags. Also parking underneath the building is first come first serve, so bring a windshield cover in case you have to park in the sun, or your car will get very hot. Overall, we did enjoy our stay and would stay here again, just keep these small things in mind while preparing for your trip.

Great View

Loved the view from the balcony!! Had access to a beach cart (great for hauling groceries from car), chairs, and beach mat to lay on (which was nice!) To get to the condo you either take the elevator (located street side) and walk the length of the building to the room or climb three flights of stairs ( Oceanside). Needless to say you’ll get your exercise in from the start. Kinda clean, bathroom had mold along the wall above the shower which is not good!! Condo needed good deep clean, not just a once over. All in all for the price it was worth the view.

Stayed here for three weeks to celebrate our 25th anniversary.Excellent value. You won't find beachfront with this view for this price anywhere else on South Forest Beach.A lot of reviews mentioned the lack of central A/C. The window unit is more than strong enough - heat index was over 100 most of the time we were there and it was sometimes TOO cold in the living area. Use a fan in the bedroom if you need to. We were concerned about this but it was really not a problem.And yes it's a tiny kitchen but we managed to cook some pretty involved meals here just fine. All in all we loved it and hope to be back again.

Loved the view and location!!

It was the perfect location for my husband and I to spend our 25th anniversary. Loved sitting on the balcony and watching the waves and the people on the beach. We also had 2 hawks or ospreys visit daily. Lots of nature watching. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Perfect for the two of us. It was nice not worrying about bringing chairs, coolers, or an umbrella for the beach. I would definitely choose to stay here again!

Great view of the ocean

Just a couple of glitches: Gate code I was given didn't work but a quick call and Meredith gave me a code that worked. We also lost internet and TV for several hours but Meredith had her young handyman come by and he eventually got it back in service. Otherwise, we had a wonderful visit and enjoyed the property. Thanks to Meredith and Jake.
