Situé au nord de Phoenix, ce magnifique 2 chambres / 1 salle de bain casita est à 12 minutes du centre-ville de Phoenix et de l'aéroport dans une communauté dynamique qui dispose d'une grande variété d'entreprises locales, restaurants et cafés.

Il est à cinq minutes à pied de la réserve de Phoenix Mountain avec de beaux sentiers de randonnée. Ou détendez-vous simplement dans l'arrière-cour où vous trouverez une piscine, un spa, un labyrinthe et plusieurs coins salons.

La casita a son propre petit espace extérieur privé ainsi que la cour commune d'oasis.

Equipé d'une kitchenette avec réfrigérateur, micro-ondes, cafetière / bouilloire à thé

Il est interdit de fumer à l'intérieur de la Casita, mais beaucoup d'espaces à l'extérieur. Nettoyer après vos animaux de compagnie sur et hors de la propriété. Beautiful, relaxing, and convenient location

We stayed 4 nights, and throughly enjoyed the stunning back yard and pool area, as well as the cute and comfortable casita. Charles was an excellent and responsive host, that made us feel welcome and at home. The location is so convenient for traveling back into Phoenix, Scottsdale, or up north to Sedona. There is some traffic noise, but the incredible crystal waterfall pouring into the pool masks most of the noise. The landscaping is lovely, and attracted hummingbirds on the patio. The casita has multiple different private patios and lounge areas, but we spent most of our time in the shared pool area. An incredibly relaxing space. I also really enjoyed being able to run down the street and access miles of trails at the Phoenix Mountain Preserve. Would 100% stay again if we return to the Phoenix area.

An absolute GEM!!!

Charles and Fito are such gracious, kind hosts; their property is stunningly beautiful, and there were a number of considerate amenities that made this such a special place to stay over the holidays. Very appreciative and definitely recommend!! Only regret: we were so packed in with plans that we had little time to enjoy the pool, waterfalls and hot tub!

The property was centrally located for the activities we had planned for the long weekend of spring training baseball. We took advantage of the pool and hot tub at the end of the day and appreciated the seclusion provided by the owners. We will stay here again!

BEST VRBO EXPERIENCE EVER⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The Casita is possibly the best VRBO experience in the world! Mom & I met in the middle here and If we hadn’t had appointments for some pampering, we never would’ve left the Casita. It was that magical. The overhead rain shower was simply fabulous! The beds were more comfortable than my own at home and P I L L O W S YES!!! They even had extras!! They really thought of just about everything you would need with easy simple to understand instructions for everything . It was magnificent & of course our time chatting in the hot tub was priceless 💖 we will definitely be back!!

Great Casita at a perfect location

This 2 bedroom casita was as great as advertised. The pool, waterfall, hot tub and plenty of room to lounge around. A huge grill for those who love to bbq. This casita is a must if you're coming to Phoenix. Your hosts Charles and Fito are the best!

Perfect Spot for our Family!

We really enjoyed our time at the Casita. Our kids loved the snacks and pool. Charles and Fito were very welcoming and checked in to make sure we were enjoying our stay. Honestly the best stocked VRBO we have ever stayed in too. Awesome restaurants close by and gorgeous views from a nearby hiking trail. No complaints whatsoever. If you are searching for a perfect spot for your family, just pick this one.

We couldn't have asked for more. Perfect location. Just a few blocks form family. The Casita was extremely private, cozy and wow what a beautiful set up. Every little detail was amazing. The host was charming and helpful. We will definitely look to stay again when we head to Phoenix.
