Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful time at your condo. It had everything we needed. We loved hanging out on the patio and being able to see the ocean. The grounds are beautiful and the pool and jacuzzi were lovely. It was so nice being close to boy poopy being able to walk down to the beach. I would love to stay again.

The location was great and the walk to the beach was short and beautiful. The condo was very clean and provided everything we needed including beach chairs, umbrella, and body boards. We especially enjoyed being able to walk out to the lawn area, the pool, and the beach directly from our sliding glass door. Just one note, there is no central air, but that seems common in the area. There was, however, an air conditioner in the main bedroom which was grately appreciated.

Great location within walking distance to the beach, and the A/C in the bedroom worked great! The host was also very thoughtful and dropped off extra bath towels, which we really appreciated.A couple of things concerned us, though. When we arrived, the sliding screen door was off its track, although my husband was able to fix it. More importantly, the window and screen next to the front door are not secure. The window can easily be opened, allowing someone to reach in and unlock the front door from the inside.We felt the area itself was safe, but because of these security issues, we were a little more cautious during our stay. Hopefully, the host can address these items for future guests.

Fantastic place to stay. The kitchen was well equipped for foodies like us to prepare great dishes. The lanai was very relaxing and we loved the trees, plants and birds. Gardens beautiful and handy to have the bbq so close. Nice view of the ocean in the distance. We found it more comfortable to sleep with the nice breeze coming in and without the aircon as the unit is noisy but good to have it if the weather gets very hot. Bed was excellent. Lounge spot on. Luxurious amount of space for two people. Renters must be able to handle the stairs down from the front door. A little awkward with luggage but fine if you are fit. Parking very convenient. Great stay - thank you.

Great place to stay in Poipu!

This place looks exactly like what is in the pictures. You have an nice view of the ocean from the patio. It is only a short 5 minute walk to Poipu beach down the paths at the resort. The place and all facilities are well maintained. The management company is very responsive during the whole reservation process plus when we checked in for anything we needed. We found the layout of this place and location made for a very comfortable and easy stay. We loved the immediate area.

The condo is spacious and gorgeous! Walking distance to the beaches. Beautiful view of the ocean from the living room and kitchen area. Well-stocked kitchen with utensils, common cookware, food storage containers. They even provided common beach stuff like coolers, cart, umbrella, and a float! The only thing to watch out for is that the AC is a standalone unit in the bedroom which gets quite loud. The bedroom gets quite hot when we visited so we had to keep it on at night and was having trouble sleeping without earplugs. So pack earplugs.

Everything was perfect

This condo is clean and spacious. We found all the comforts of home here. The Athletic Club is a terrific bonus. The beach is so close that we could come and go as we desired. We will stay here again.

Fabulous location! Condo was really clean!

We had a fabulous 10 days in this condo. Within walking distance to some fabulous restaurants and the beach. Beach chairs, towels, boogie boards, etc all included. Only thing that we could have wished for would be some basics for cooking like olive or veg oil, and some spices, etc as the condo had nothing but coffee filters, salt and pepper.

Great condo!

We were very happy with this condo, the resort and the location. Check in was easy and the place was spotlessly clean. It’s a really nice condo, very spacious especially for two people. Lots of space in the big rooms. Loved being on the ground floor since there is a community grill right outside the lanai, we grilled almost every night and didn’t have to go down any stairs to get there! Would highly recommend this vacation rental, really ideal for two or three people.
