Que vous soyez un groupe de 6 ou 2 - que vous visitiez pour 5 jours ou 2 mois - vous êtes sûr d'être à l'aise avec les nombreux équipements Hale Ohana a à offrir. Notre maison est entièrement meublée, dort de 2-6 personnes! Avec une cuisine récemment rénovée en décembre 2015, votre famille aura plus de confort de la maison! De beaux alizés traversent la maison pour vous donner l'impression de vivre dans le Garden Isle!

Dans un lecteur 2-5 minutes sont des vues à couper le souffle de couchers de soleil incroyables, des trous, des baleines, des tortues et des eaux cristallines de la plage de Poipu.

Avec une toute nouvelle cuisine achevée en novembre 2015, Hale Ohana propose des équipements pour toute la famille! Les enfants sont les bienvenus et notre maison est 100% kid-friendly avec des jouets de sable, des planches de bodyboard, un berceau portatif et beaucoup d'espace de course pour le jeu actif pendant les périodes où vous n'êtes pas dehors.

We enjoyed our stay. This house is at an excellent location. It is very quiet with nice neighbors. You can reach each sides of the island and makes it very convenient to sight see the island. It would be nice to have air conditioning in living room.

This house was pretty much the perfect size for my wife and two kids. The property was very clean and had all of the amenities listed. Although of note, the listing did state that there was no air conditioning, however there was a window A/C unit in the master bedroom, which was very nice. We stayed in Kauai during the month of August so it was a bit warm in the other parts of the house so just be aware of that.

Great location in Poipu

Great location in Poipu and short 10-min walk to Poipu Beach. We had a rental car & was a short drive to markets, shops & places to eat. Lovely backyard & the wildlife in the area is amazing!

Superbly well appointed house

The host has obviously made every effort to equip the house with everything you need for a care-free stay. The kitchen has high quality cooking essentials. The appliances are new, including a washer and dryer. Furnishing are also high quality and tasteful. There is even a collection of beach and ocean gear. There is a wealth of local information in a three ring binder and several hiking books. The house is nicely decorated with collectibles and other items that add to a comfy feel.If I ever make another trip to Kaua'i I would definitely stay at Hale Ohana again.

Very satisfied

We traveled to Kauai for 9 days for my daughters wedding. This house was a wonderful Home Base for the wedding, exploring and experiencing Kauai. The home was clean and neat and well up-kept. Plenty of room for 6, but still quite functional with 10. I think this was a great value and we had a wonderful time. I would definitely recommend this house to a friend. With Poipu and ship wreck close by and the spouting horn and restaurant house a short drive we could easily fit in three excursions a day. Usually one or two locally and then one up to the north shore or west side. Three toilets and two full bathrooms made for quite changes when we returned to ready ourselves for our next adventure. The owners were very helpful and there seemed to be a bit of anything we needed.

Home Away From Home

This was our second year in a row staying in the Hale Ohana for one month. It was just as great as the first time. It truly felt like we were returning "home" every time we came back from the beach. The house had plenty of space for our family of 7. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook all of most of our meals (we went out only a few times). The patio in the back yard is a great addition and was a wonderful place to escape during the hottest hours. The evening breeze and fans in every room were just right to cool things down for night time without needing A/C. The beach is an easy 10 minute walk. Having kids and a bunch of gear we drove, but others in our party enjoyed the nice walk to the beach (2 times each day) through a quiet neighborhood. We did not at all miss not being right on the beach. Lynelle is great to work with. She is quick to resolve any issues that may arise. We are looking forward to returning for our 3rd time next year!

Beautiful family rental in Poipu

We thoroughly enjoyed this rental. The rooms were spacious and beds were very comfortable. The bonus area with the pull out bed can be closed off for privacy which allowed all of our group of two couples, one baby, and one family member to each have our own space. It was equipped with everything needed for our stay as well as wonderful extras for the beach or other activities. The provided washer and dryer made our stay as convenient as being in our own home. In the evenings we would sit on the lanai with our supper on the BBQ and just enjoy the breeze and relaxation of the island. The backyard is huge and would be excellent for active children. When we booked this spot I was concerned that there was no air conditioning but with all the windows open and the fans provided going it was always a comfortable temperature for sleeping. No AC needed. The only pitfall was no Wifi but the Starbucks in Poipu, just down the road, provided us with the needed internet access and was a pleasant outing. Many shops and restaurants were also located in the same shopping complex as Starbucks, so there is alot to offer in that area. Just a bit further down the road are alternate shopping areas and grocery stores. The property owner I booked with was also my contact during our stay and I could text her with any inquiry or issue. She was always prompt to reply. I would recommend this accommodation to anyone visiting Kauai.

Great place, friendly host, has air conditioning in two of the bedrooms. The kitchen utensils are well stocked, albeit somewhat random. Overall I couldn't find a better place for the price.

Great visit to Kauai

We had a great trip to Kauai. You definitely want to use Makana charters for your boat ride to Na Pali.The property was in a good location and quiet (other than the roosters that are everywhere in kauai :) ). Technically you can walk to the beach --- but better to drive than carry all the beach stuff. The property provided all the beach gear you could this of.I didn't read the amenities carefully enough - there is no dishwasher and air conditioning is only in the master. The lack of A/C was only an issue when we first arrived -- once we opened the windows the kauai breezes made it cooler.

Comfortable and relaxing stay

Recently we spent a week at Hale Ohana - family and friends. It felt like home! Comfortable and cozy inside with plenty of space, beautiful and relaxing - green! - back yard! Naturally we didn’t spend much time in the house but while being there we didn’t miss anything, all amenities and necessities were present. Close to good food and beautiful beaches , great for snorkeling.

Great property

We were very pleased with our recent stay at Hale Ohana. The place is exactly as advertised, The home is stocked with everything you could need for a great stay, including beach supplies for all! We didn't cook, but if we had, the kitchen was fully stocked with everything you would need. There are plenty of fans and enough air flow to make up for no air conditioning. We could, and did, walk to the beach and some other nice walks from the house. Thanks for a great stay!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hale Ohana. The rooms were all spacious and the beds comfy. The kitchen had everything we needed. We loved how close it was to the beach and everything else we wanted to explore in the South and West Shores. I would definitely book here again.

Family trip

Family of 4 + Grandma for one week at Hale Ohana. It was so spacious, clean, breezy, and everything for the beach, cooking, and all the misc stuff you forget you need. The lanai and back yard were so relaxing. The neighborhood is really quiet and we appreciated being out of the tourist corridor of condos. Highly recommend for all and hope to return ahain

Yard full of fruit trees

This house was great for our family of four! The yard had avocado, mango, lime, and breadfruit trees and some were ripe in June. The residential neighborhood was pretty good. The house next door had active construction and a screaming baby with all windows open but stuff like that is to be expected. The A/C window unit in the master bedroom was nice. Other two bedrooms got cool enough to sleep in with all windows open by about 9pm so one of our kids needed to fall asleep in the master bedroom due to time change. Everyone was awakened by roosters by 5:30am since windows were open. Small shady patio out back was nice too. There was a small desk for remote work! We drove to Poipu Beach (cool turtles and monk seals!) but I suppose you could describe it as walkable, although we didn't see more than a couple of people walking. Also within a 10min drive were Brenneckes Beach, Shipwreck Beach, a cool cave, hike along lithified cliffs and turtle sanctuary. No walkable restaurants but kitchen had everything we needed to cook. The owner was very helpful and responsive when we needed something.
