As he states, it is an older condo. That is true. But it was still comfortable and well stocked for our stay. We enjoyed sitting out on the balcony watching the chickens and the rain while we had our breakfast and coffee. Monk was quick to respond to us anytime we contacted him. The location was central for every where we wanted to go. We had the AC on, so the roosters and weekend motor cross didn't bother us. We appreciated the bath mat for the tub, the ice chest and the reusable ice packets. Pretty much, if we needed it, he had it there! We were quite comfortable during our stay. The grounds of the complex are beautiful and the beach is not that far from the condo. Thank you Monk for sharing your beautiful condo with us.

Immaculately clean and well taken care of. We appreciated the spices in the pantry and enjoyed the sheltered patio. We loved the quick access to the beautiful beach.

Immaculate rental that was exceedingly well stocked with both essentials and “nice to haves.” Host was very responsive and provided voluminous information about the property and the island. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

We were very pleased with the condo. The bed and all the furniture were very comfortable, and that is a main concern for us. The condo had everything you would ever need! It was stocked better than any other condo we have ever rented. The location was great! There were many beaches to explore nearby, and we appreciated that the condo provided beach chairs and towels in addition to all the beach equipment that any one would ever need. The owner is very responsive and make sure his clients are our satisfied. We couldn’t have been more happy with this condo.

Thanks and Mahalo. I do my best to describe exactly what my guests will get. it is the best location on the island for touring and arriving and departing at the airport. Yes the sun rises are amazing and why I always go down with coffee and if need the umbrellas as sometimes in a storm the waves and colors are beyond amazing.

The instructions for the TV and the spectrum cable were very clear. No one else has ever had a problem. It requires using two remote controls. I’m sorry your husband was insisting on wanting to use only one remote control. I resent the instructions and spent a lot of time on the phone, but I can’t be responsible for someone who just doesn’t want to pay attention. There’s an old saying that says when all else fails, read the manual he finally wrote me back and said he read the manual and used the bedroom instructions and it’s working, but there are no bedroom instructions. Their instructions for the bedroom in the living room together there’s the same so I’m sorry this may have crossed me a star, but outside of flying from from Florida to Kauai to turn on the TV for you I’m glad you enjoyed the rest of your stay.

I always try to leave a fair review of the property. The communication was excellent from getting the keys to our initial question / answers. I was impressed with the amenities at the location. The medicine cabinet in the bathroom had extra things like shaving cream, bug spray for trips around island to sun screen. The kitchen had a lot of spices and condiments and I had everything I needed to cook. There were beach chairs, beach towels and boogie boards. I used the beach towels a lot and was able to wash them frequently. I'd have coffee on the lanai in the morning and could hear the waves and relax. Afterwards, I'd walk 3 minutes to get to the beach and do a morning walk which I always enjoy. The ac in the bedroom and living room kept the unit cool and the pool and hot tub were available. The couch is very dated and needs replaced. I'd rent from him again.

Everything was perfect it was like living in our own little apartment. Great appliances, nice refrigerator, stores of condiments and such, towels for the beach play things for the beach.. could not have asked for more!

It was a great place to call home for a week! So many amenities, anything you had forgotten they supplied in this condo. The kitchen was loaded with spices and drinks in the refrigerator, to tie you over until Safeway open in the AM. We will. Ooo this condo again on our next visit!
