Unfortunately, multiple house rules were broken during this stay. While we want our guests to enjoy their stay here, we also expect them to respect our house rules and treat the property as their own.- We encourage guests to thoroughly review the listing before booking, to ensure they find the perfect vacation home for their needs. The listing does state that this home has stairs, and we’re sorry if this caught you off guard. We wish you had reached out to us about this during your stay. - Though parking on the street is available and limited, it’s alright to park on either side. There is no residence on the other side of the street, making this a good place to park. There is also a parking lot at the bottom of the hill next to the fire department. Having more guests than the property allowed, and the extra vehicle, impacted the parking.- While we regret our home was not up to your expectations, we’re happy to share that our most recent guests reported no issues. We truly go above and beyond for our guests and are confident that future guests will have a wonderful stay!

However, I may access an office and laundry space connected to the rental through a completely separate entrance, not accessible to guests.
