Very clean home and well equipped. Quiet, good location especially since we were very close to other family members in their rental properties for a redwood wedding. Check in process clear and concise. Didn't get chance to use the hot tub but it was clean and ready to use and with provided hot tub towels. Plenty of space and chairs outside for the whole group to sit, lounge and compete with cornhole. Host very responsive with general questions etc and open to receiving a delayed UPS delivery after we left.

Amazing experience as Villa Mimosa!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is hands down one of the best rentals in the Bay Rea and beyond. Incredible yard for dogs - not worrying about a fence, foxtails, poop - is an absolute blessing. The hot tub was pristine. Inside, the living room layout is perfect. A wonderful wraparound couch, enough floor space for a kaoroke party in front of the mounted TV. Showers and beds were fantastic, and everything was so CLEAN. The street is also exactly what you're looking for to walk a dog, and there's a playground at the end of the road. We will definitely return, love love loved it. Oh - and we had a candy bag, popcorn, and smores gifts when we arrived! Stay here!

Fantastic getaway

Wonderful property with a charming yard in a perfect location within the Russian River valley. Our family had a fantastic stay as we explored a bit of wine country as well as the coast. The house is very comfortable with everything you need to relax.

Peaceful Winter Weekend

We stayed for 3 nights in February. Nice cozy home for our family of 4 and 2 dogs. We appreciated the large yard for the dogs. The hot tub was great for a dip at night. The neighborhood was great for mornings walks with the dogs. There's a new playground very close which would be great for little kids.

Great Home Base

This was a great home base for enjoying the Russian River and attending the Caz Performing Arts Family camp for a few days. The property management was responsive and welcoming. I really enjoyed hot tubbing amidst the trees.

We had a great time at this place. It was very clean, and the yard was completely fenced as advertised. We enjoyed the BBQ and had a couple of nice evenings sitting on the deck enjoying the solitude as the sunset

Fun!

Upside: Convenient location, super close walk to river access, roomy hot tub, BEAUTIFUL scenery, great weather and backyard very peaceful! Downside: Not ada friendly (stairs to everything), lacking cleaning supplies (scrubber for dishes?), and avoid the recliner as it's broken. As much as people wrote in the guestbook "lots of insects" we did not have any issues, however it is possible that it is slightly haunted. We had a great time, and would recommend.

Glad you had a sweet stay overall. All homes have basic cleaning supplies, including a sponge that has a scrubber on the back. Thank you for.letting us know about the rocking chair, first we have heard of it. Will look into it today. Most homes are 2 story when near the Russian River...it does flood up here occasionally. Wonderful stay

The house is clean and cosy and the yard is lovely to hang out in. Super kid friendly. Beach and river access an easy walk. Downtown Guerneville a five minute drive away with lots of options to eat. Neighborhood is quiet (some construction noise on weekdays but we weren’t bothered. Hot tub was a wonderful way to end the day.

Really wonderful place

We had a great time! It was comfortable and well appointed. There was no mold smell, as mentioned in a previous review. The property as described and everything worked well. The beds were sooooo comfortable. We had a some climate control issues, and some issues with ants and the property manager was very responsive and addressed our concerns right away. The yard was lovely. I would absolutely stay here again!

Sorry to hear that Villa Mimosa wasn't a great fit for your group. Generally it gets very good reviews - the river access is 0.2 miles from the house, so really a very close walk - about 5 minutes. We will definitely take a look at the floaties and check them for condition. Thank you for your feedback.
