Description de l'appartement -
Appartement lumineux de deux chambres et 1 salle de bain avec de très hauts plafonds, deux balcons ouverts et un balcon fermé, au 3ème étage, avec ascenseur. Cet appartement a encore les sols en mosaïque de plus de 100 ans (un design différent dans chaque chambre) et les boiseries d'origine sur les portes et les fenêtres. L'appartement peut accueillir 4 personnes sur 1 lit queen et deux lits jumeaux. L'occupation idéale serait de 4 personnes.

Description de l'emplacement -
Dans l'Eixample historique, construit 1850-1910 pendant l'âge d'or de la ville, lorsque les émigrants vers les Amériques reviennent et réinvestissent leurs revenus dans la ville. Les beaux bâtiments, dont la plupart ont été récemment restaurés, reflètent un âge d'abondance.

Transport -
L'appartement est accessible en taxi depuis l'aéroport. Il est proche de la station de métro Verdaguer, qui se trouve sur deux lignes de métro. Il y a beaucoup de lignes de bus et la voie des taxis passe devant le bâtiment.

· Nous sommes une petite entreprise familiale. Lauren est de Dallas, TX et Fernando est de Barcelone, Espagne. Nous gérons actuellement 21 appartements de vacances à Barcelone, 2 maisons meublées à Dallas, 7 appartements à Istanbul, Turquie et 2 appartements à Kiev, Ukraine.

Great location and property!

Easy to access from Barcelona airport via taxi or Bolt. Metro access is a few blocks away, so easy to get around. Has keypad entry, which is very convenient for flexible arrival. Loved the old tiles and decor. Very spacious and plenty of room for 4 adults.

We enjoyed the location of the property. Property manager was responsive and made check in and check out easy. Clean and tidy. We didn't use the kitchen so not sure how well that operates. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks!

A great stay in l’eixample

Our stay in Barcelona was absolutely wonderful, thanks in large part to this charming apartment in a beautifully preserved historic building. From the moment we arrived, we were struck by the character and authenticity of the space—high ceilings, traditional Catalan tiles, and an open air balcony.The location was perfect for us—tucked away from the bustling crowds of the old town, offering a peaceful retreat after a day of exploring. Despite being in a quieter neighborhood, it was incredibly well-connected, with both metro and bus stops just a short walk away, making it easy to reach all of Barcelona’s must-see attractions.The apartment itself was cozy yet spacious, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. If you’re looking for a stay that blends history, comfort, and convenience, this is an absolute gem. We wouldn’t hesitate to return!

Poor communication, no check in details

Olga stated that we could leave our bags in the office as we were arriving before check in time. The property does not have an office or front desk area. We did not receive any check in details or codes to get in to the property. We finally got into the property 4 hours later after someone was coming out and were lucky enough to catch a housekeeper. The next day when we were going out, there was another patron in the same position, he had no details regarding check in either, and was told the same story about leaving bags.Property was clean and well stocked though :-)Good location.7 min walk to train station

Excellent apartment in great location.

Fantastic location 10 min walk from La Sagrada Familia and nearest metro station. Cafes and bus stops right outside. Apartment exactly as described. Rooftop terrace with tables and chairs was a gem. Perfect for our family of 4. Would highly recommend.

Beautiful Barcelona

We stayed for two weeks, and had an absolutely wonderful time in Barcelona. The apartment is comfortable and well equipped, and ideal for our preferred travelling routine of breakfast and dinner at "home", and lunch out. We found it a convenient location for walking all over the city, and we loved the rooftop terrace - for 2 Canadians starved for spring weather, it was heavenly to have afternoon cocktails on the roof in the sunshine. The Negres were very responsive to our requests for assistance, and we would have no hesitation in recommending this as a home away from home.

Schöne Wohnung in perfekter Lage

Wohnung liegt sehr gut in einem schönen alten Haus. Sie war mit ihren Mosaikböden und Stuckdecken individuell schön gestaltet. Die Küchengeräte waren recht modern, es war alles vorhanden, was wir brauchten. Das Kinderzimmer hat keine Fenster, was aber letztendlich kein Problem darstellte. Das Haus besitzt auch eine Dachterasse mit schönem Blick auf die Sagrada Familia, die sich nur wenige hundert Meter entfernt befindet. Die Lage ermöglichte es uns, fast alle Ziele zu Fuß zu erreichen.Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war freundlich und schnell, alle Fragen wurden schnell beantwortet.Insgesamt eine schöne, gut gelegene Ferienwohnung, in der wir eine schöne Woche in Barcelona verbringen durften.

Location was great!

The apartment is in a beautiful Modernist building in L’ Eixample, walking distance to Sagrada Familia, Passeig de Gracia and many other attractions. There are restaurants, tapas bars, bakeries, supermarkets and other types of stores in the vicinity. The fresh market of Concepció was a few blocks away. The metro and bus stops are steps away. Taxis abound at all hours. The apartment is bright and sunny with a beautiful view of the gothic church of Saint Francis de Sales. It was clean when we got there. It could be noisy because the building is on the corner of two busy thoroughfares but we loved watching and hearing the hustle and bustle of city life. The apartment itself is charming with a terrace, ornate ceilings and mosaic tiles which badly needs restoring. The two bedrooms and the bathroom are smaller than what are shown in the photos, but good enough for two people. The kitchen is quite spacious with all the needed appliances. The apartment has all the basic necessities. If the fraying furniture and lumpy beds were replaced or refurbished, this apartment would rate 5 stars. Last but not least, Management is friendly, courteous and very responsive to our needs. Whatever issues came out, like with the heating and WiFi, they were quickly taken cared of. We thank the Negres and their staff, esp. Eduardo, for making our 3-month stay easy and comfortable.

Nice Apartment at a Very Good Location

Our family of 4 stayed at this apartment for 5 nights and were satisfied. The photos accurately reflect the rental's appearance and amenities. The location is very convenient for site visit in Barcelona. 5 minute walk to the metro Line 4 that can take you directly to the beach, and many attractions. There are convenient markets and restaurants nearby. La Sagrada Familia is only about 10 minute walk, and La Rambla is about 20 minute walk. Taking taxi is also convenient, usually costing us about 6-8 euros as the apartment is not too far from the attractions or restaurants. It is recommended to take a taxi to Parc Guell (10 Euros from the apartment) if you don't want to walk uphill for 15 minutes from the nearest metro stop. The apartment is spacious for 4 people, very clean and well maintained. The kitchen is modern and well equipped for making breakfast every morning before we head out. The bathroom is quite small though but adequate. The air conditioner worked very well and cooled down the apartment quickly, no complaints. The landlord is very detailed and provided everything that we needed. Towels were adequate. Overall I would recommend the apartment for the location and the space for families that need 2 brm and a kitchen.

Becca and Olga are also family and help with the e-correspondence.

This apartment is located in our family building, built by my grandparents in 1895. They and my grand-uncle lived on the main floor until 2003.

We have renovated this building maintaining all of the original character. It is located in a beautiful and upscale neighborhood centrally located in Barcelona.
