Centrally located historic home with so much to do you will never want to leave!

Stunning newly remodeled 4 bedroom, 3 and 1/2 bathroom home in the historic district that sleeps 12 comfortably with free parking on premise. The home is designed for entertainment and fun or just relaxing and has something for everyone. The cooks will delight in preparing meals in the well-appointed gourmet kitchen that offers all stainless-steel appliances including a 6 burner commercial gas stove with griddle. It has an oversized island, two large sinks, coffee bar and is open to the living/dining with seating for 12. The home has numerous large smart flat screen televisions with cable and free Wi-Fi throughout, as well as USB compatible plugs alleviating the need for charging adapters. For those that are young at heart, there is a game room that boasts an air hockey table and Jurassic Park pinball machine. There is also an attached media room with a 75" flat screen TV and comfy reclining sofas for movie night!

There are two outside decks with seating, perfect for sunset viewing and a downstairs patio with an outdoor gas grill and dining table. There is a private splash pool, great for play or relaxing and a hot tub for just chilling. The pool is only 5 feet deep so it is NOT FOR DIVING. For those that are sports minded there is a putting green and covered basketball court for shooting hoops. When not shooting hoops, the covered carport is perfect for setting up tables for an outdoor dinner. We provide the folding tables and chairs. There are outside fans and a cooling unit for added comfort. There is also an outdoor shower for rinsing off post pool and beach.

Conveniently located to a variety of restaurants, shopping, Museums, Historic churches and other activities on the Strand. Just 5 blocks from the beach and seawall. We are pet friendly and provide convenient poop bag dispensers for picking up after your fur babies. Upon approval, we will allow up to two dogs up to 40 lbs. each with a required non-refundable $150 per dog pet fee. We kindly request that you utilize the bags to keep the yard clean. There are two outdoor cameras for safety. One in the front of the house and one in the back of the house.

This house was beautiful and so neat. We loved the pool and hot tub and spending time relaxing together. Air hockey was a huge hit and we all had fun doing that and the pinball machine as well. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out which was great.The location is nice and driving to the beach and restaurants was easy. We would definitely stay here again!

We loved everything about this house. The only thing that could have made our stay any more perfect was if the house was directly on the beach. That being said, it was a super easy walk/drive over. Very centrally located to grocery, breakfast/dinner spots, etc.. They had everything we needed to cook, swim, do laundry, and enjoy our stay. The kids loved the pool and basketball court and we had a family weekend-long competition on the pinball machine. Home was clean and comfortable. Multiple decks to enjoy the Galveston breeze. Our initial code didn’t work getting into the home, but the homeowners were extremely diligent in communicating with us and getting us into the home. Highly recommend. Thank you for a fantastic getaway!

Fun and Relaxing Times

Everything was great about this property - my family had a great time - the game room was a big hit. Pool was refreshing and so was the hot tub. It is centrally located to the boardwalk, the beach and Moody Gardens.

The house is so cute and comfortable. Very clean. The beds comfortable and the house is nicely furnished. We rented a golf cart to take the kids to the beach and around town.

Hi Lorrie, we are glad you enjoyed your stay. Sorry about the dryer, thank you for letting us know about it. We had it fixed, the repair man told us it was because of lent build up. We want guest to let us know if there is an issue with anything so we can get it fixed, so the next guest do not have the same issue.

The kids enjoyed the play space. Everything clean. Grill did not work (lines to propane tank not clear even when putting another tank on it). and no coffee pot and no pods for kuerig. For a large group coffee pot would be useful. Great gathering spaces.

Hi Donna, we are glad you enjoyed your stay. Sorry, the grill did not work and for no pods. The cleaning service is supposed to leave a few out each time, so we will get with them. I will check the grill, it was working when I added a new tank. My wife and I are not coffee drinkers, most people tell us they use the pods. We will add a coffee pot for guest who use their own grinded coffee.

Perfect location and Family Fun

My family and I enjoyed this place so much!!They enjoyed the air hockey table and pinball game, basketball and the pool! Walking distance to beach so did not have to pay for parking!! Close to Downtown to enjoy a meal and shopping! We definitely recommend this home it was clean and had everything we needed!

Galveston Home Great For the Whole Family!

This home is in a nice central location that's easy to get to everything. We were rushing around on a quick trip for an Ironman triathlon, but we'll definitely go back when we have time to enjoy all the many amenities they have to offer. The owners had great communication and everything could not have gone any smoother. We highly recommend this home if you're planning a trip to Galveston!

We enjoyed our stay here as it accompanied all of us and the pool, hot tub and game room were such a hit! The house is beautiful but be able to do stairs. You won’t regret staying here.

The house is beautiful and clean. The kitchen is high end and fun to cook in! All bathrooms and were clean and comfortable. Location is great, although the house has everything so you won’t want to leave much!

We absolutely loved the house. It had everything we needed and more. Our kids loved the pool and the game room. The beds were so comfy! The location was great and the owners are so kind. It was the perfect place for our family weekend. We will definitely be back!!

Excellent for families of all ages.

The property was excellent and the host wAs available for any concerns. Our grandkids loved the game room, and the pool area was amazing. We never left the house or went to the beach we cooked and grilled out every meal. The house is beautiful and has everything you need. Definitely will stay here again.

Wonderful family home!

My 3 grown children, their wives and the grandkids joined us for a great week! The house was perfect for everyone in the family! They really thought of everything-books for the kids, outside toys, pool, hot tub, even beach towels!! The large kitchen was perfect! Would love to go again!!

Home was awesome, stocked with high quality items to use in the kitchen, everything was as advertised. Had a small bed during the week with a power blip and the owner was immediately responding, quick to help, not enough good things to say! Will come back!!

Very nice place to stay!

Location was great, it seemed like everything was close by, just a short walk to the beach, all kinds of food. The house was very nice, we had 11 people and had plenty of room, the kitchen was fantastic and we used it all but one night. The kids loved the pinball machine and air hockey. We try to have a family vacations like this every couple of years and this one did not disappoint. The house was very clean and orderly, very accommodating for our size group.

Great Experience!

We hosted our family for our son's medical school graduation in June. Everything was perfect--such a fun and functional space that is close to everything on the island. Host was communicative and easy to work with. Recommend without hesitation!
