Fire up the grill for a brisket on the patio, sit poolside, and then head indoors to truly relax! Iggy's Oasis is your perfect retreat on Galveston's historic East End.

Step inside to an open-concept living area where you and your two fur babies (no weight limit, because big dogs deserve vacations too!) are greeted by an open-concept living room with a large Smart TV. The dining area sits just steps from the fully equipped kitchen, stocked with everything a foodie needs to feel right at home.

When it's time to recharge, the primary suite offers a king-sized bed, Smart TV, and a spa-style ensuite bathroom designed for total relaxation. Enjoy the whirlpool tub or step into the luxurious shower featuring steam and full-body jets, your own private spa experience!

The second bedroom also features a king-sized bed and a dedicated desk for remote work, with easy access to a full bathroom on the ground level, complete with a standalone shower.

Upstairs, the loft is a kid-approved hangout and game room, featuring a foosball table, a modular sectional with Bluetooth speakers, and a Smart TV with Xbox. The sofa easily converts to additional sleeping space. Nearby, the bunk room includes a twin-over-full bunk with a pull-out twin trundle, comfortably sleeping three and accommodating up to five when needed. A convenient half bathroom is also located upstairs.

The property is fully enclosed with a tall privacy fence and includes a 4-foot pet-safe metal pool fence with a child safety lock, providing added peace of mind for guests traveling with kids or pets. Outdoor cooking enthusiasts will love the BBQ island, featuring a Big Green Egg smoker, KitchenAid propane grill, prep table, and outdoor dining area—ideal for managing the cook while enjoying a drink. ACCESSIBILITY & CONVENIENCE:
The home is accessed by three steps at both the front and back patio entrances. Inside, the loft and game room require climbing approximately 15 steps. The pool does not have a handicap-accessible entry but includes a shallow step-in ledge for easier access. These features may not meet all accessibility needs, so please feel free to reach out with any questions. We're happy to help ensure a comfortable stay.

PARKING:
Parking is available for up to three vehicles: one in the private garage and two on-street spaces along Ball Street. Residential parking permits are provided for on-street parking, making it easy and stress-free for families or groups traveling together.

House Rules:
Quiet hours 9 pm-9 am.
Vendors have access to the homes on their scheduled day. Service days have the possibility of changing.
Service days have the possibility of changing and do occur up to two times a week.
A laundry bag will be dropped off 1-2 days prior to departure. No need to worry, please leave it where it has been placed.
This rental property is not used for Nuisance Parties or Unlawful Gatherings.
For your safety and security, there may be public-facing cameras installed on the property.
Unauthorized late check-out will incur a penalty of $150 + tax

This is a pet friendly home for up to 2 dogs, pets are subject to a $100 non-returnable pet fee/per pet. (adult dogs only, no puppies please)
Please try and keep your dogs off the furniture to avoid pet damages. Dog rugs are provided to protect couches.
No dogs are allowed in the pool. It will compromise water chemistry and result in additional charges and possibly eviction.
You are responsible for picking up all pet debris from the yard before check-out, a clean up fee of $100 could be assessed if not followed
