Let the good times roll at Galveston Beach Lodge! This mini-compound has space for 16 people spread out over two homes— the main house in front and the guest suite in the back. This bright and vibrant coastal home is seconds away from the dining and excitement of the Seawall while providing plenty of privacy and peace for your whole crew. In between trips to the beach, take a dip in the pool, relax on the back patio with a cool drink, and grill some dinner on the outdoor barbeque.

● Location: Centrally located on Galveston Island, just 3 minutes from Moody Gardens and Schlitterbahn.

● Beach Access: A quick walk or 30 second drive from the beaches at the Seawall.

● Private Pool: We have an above ground pool in the backyard between the Beach Lodge and Guest Suite! The pool has a wraparound deck.

● Community Amenities: Guests have access to the Jamaica Beach community pool for a fee — open Memorial Day - Labor Day — and city park.

● Rent BeachBox: Beach gear rentals are available! Ask us for details and rates

● WIFI/Cable: We provide free high-speed WIFI and Roku with access to Sling TV for live television channels. Guests are welcome to log into their own streaming service apps.

● Pet Policy: 3 pets are allowed with a $25 fee per pet. Please keep pets off furniture, clean up after them outside, and crate them if left alone indoors.

● Parking: There is room for 5 cars in the driveway.

The main house is a charming ranch style dwelling, welcoming you with a bright turquoise door and trim. Inside, the spacious living area flows seamlessly from the front door to the back, perfect for socializing and connecting with your group.

The open kitchen awaits you at the end of the living area, featuring crisp white cabinets and stainless steel appliances with pops of color on the pantry door and dishware. This well-equipped kitchen is sure to be the heart of your gathering, ideal for preparing everything from morning coffee to refreshing afternoon drinks. A convenient laundry room is located nearby.

For a restful retreat, the master bedroom offers a luxurious king-size bed and a private ensuite bathroom. Another bedroom boasts two comfortable queen-size beds and a built-in full-over-full bunk bed, perfect for families. Walking past the kitchen, you`ll find two bedrooms. The bedroom on the right has a King bed with a TV, and the bedroom on the left has a queen bed as well as the washing machine and dryer.

Stepping outside, you`ll find a great sized pool and wraparound deck, perfect for your family and friends. Behind the pool is a spacious guest house with a charming kitchenette and bar seating across the cobblestone patio. The living area is infused with cheerfulness thanks to a colorful shiplap accent wall, and is equipped with a comfortable pull-out sofa and a flat-screen TV. Behind the living area lies a queen-size bedroom and a full bathroom with a step-in shower. A wooden patio between the main house and guest house offers a perfect spot for sunbathing, grilling, and enjoying meals together.

Galveston Beach Lodge`s unique layout, with two connected homes on one level, is ideal for large groups and families with diverse needs, providing comfortable sleeping arrangements for in-laws, grandparents, or older children. Additionally, its prime location, steps away from the Seawall, allows for easy access to restaurants, the beach, and other attractions. Whether you prefer a leisurely stroll, a bike ride, or a quick drive, Galveston Beach Lodge is the perfect launching point for your unforgettable Texas Gulf Coast getaway.

● Cancellation Policy: All cancellations are subject to a 3% credit card processing fee.

● Party Policy: No parties are allowed at our home. Please look elsewhere if that is the intent of your trip.

● Age Requirement: Guests must be 24+ to book.

By completing your reservation, you agree to our rental terms and conditions, which include identity verification before check-in. Depending on the property and booking, you may be required to:

● Provide a government-issued photo ID
● Provide a valid credit card with a name matching your ID
● Confirm your contact information
● Complete our verification portal

Check-in instructions may be withheld until verification is complete. All information collected is used solely for screening and verification — it is not stored or shared for any other purpose.

House Rules:
- Guests must be 24+ to book the property.
- One-night stays must be approved.
- Groups larger than 15 need to be approved. We do not allow parties.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
- Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost.
- All pets must be approved by our team, stay off of all furniture, be cleaned up after in the yard, and not left alone inside the home unless in a kennel.
- No parking allowed on lawns, yards, empty grass lots or other neighbors’ driveways, even if their home appears unoccupied.
- Oversized vehicles/trailers are not permitted unless explicit approval has been received from our team.
- Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm.
- The homeowner`s routine pool maintenance cannot be rescheduled and is required for the health and safety of our guests. They will not need to access the home but will access the yard.
- Should an eviction occur due to breaking house rules (noise ordinance violations, excessive guests and/or vehicles beyond the agreed amount), there will be an $850 fine.
