- Pool heating is not available. However the hot tub can be heated all year round

- You might also notice a slight green tint to the pool water—that’s not algae, and the water is completely safe to swim in. The color comes from natural minerals in our well water reacting with the chlorine.

When you stay at MeadowView on Darby, you're covered for any accidents that might happen up to $3,000. The $42 charge listed as an "administrative fee" on your quote covers your purchase of $3,000 of "all risk" damage protection coverage on your rental property. This protection is purchased in lieu of a security deposit. Coverage details are spelled out in the rental agreement.
