Paradise: Riverfront 3-Bedroom with Wi-Fi, Hot Tub. Our seasonal Dock, Kayaks, and SUP Boards are available now!

Grab your essentials and head over to the Russian River! Paradise is a recently updated, solar-powered riverfront home featuring its own private dock and flotilla. The house offers three spacious bedrooms, two full baths, a queen-size sleeper sofa, and a large, fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances.

Enjoy swimming, kayaking, and vibrant river activity during the spring and summer. In the fall and winter, relax by the propane fireplace or soak in the hot tub after cooking with friends and family.

The property is located just 3/4 miles from Guerneville, offering local eateries, wine tasting, shopping, and recreation at Johnson's Beach and Armstrong Woods State Reserve. We are situated in a small neighborhood; please note 2 car maximum at any and all times; public street parking available on River Road.

Paradise is an all-inclusive gathering spot that has hosted travelers for over two decades. We invite you to come and make new memories.

This place was perfect for our family vacation! We played games and did puzzles, BBQed and relaxed in the hot tub, swam and kyaked in the river, and hiked in Armstrong Woods and went out to the bars in Rio Nio and downtown Guerneville. It was all so fun and being together as a family!

Nice location on the river. We enjoyed the host provided kayaks and paddle boards on the river with dock access right behind the house. Also a nice view of the river from the spa. Overall a nice relaxing stay.

Being situated above the summer dam allows for slower moving and deeper water levels than those below us in high season (late June - late August). The property owner enjoys a long week each July at Paradise with much of that time spent either on the water or in the hot tub, thus extending her enthusiasm in both of the aspects. The Paradise house was a wonderful place to spend the week with my family. Beautiful views from every window, lovely inside and wonderful patios and a riverside deck outside, with paddle boards and kayaks to boot! The host was very helpful and communicative. We would definitely stay here again. My only comment is to be aware that the bathroom in the master bedroom is "open concept." I have seen this in hotels and some other houses and I'm not sure I fully understand the thinking behind it. But overall, I highly recommend Paradise.

A beautiful property in a beautiful location. Our family loved exploring up and down the river and preparing meals in the well-appointed kitchen, then hopping into the hot tub at the end of the day. The beds were very comfortable. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful Mother’s Day trip at the house. It was clean and beautiful view of the river and the rooms were absolutely clean and enjoyed the kitchen. The only thing that needs to improvement are the stairs going to the river. My sister fell and hurt her legs on the sharp steps going to the river.. .A rail would help.

The just was super responsive when I somehow lost my email with the details of check in. The house was so beautiful and exceptionally clean. Beds were really comfortable as well. We went for a girls trip and already are planning to go back. I would stay at this place over and over again.

Our stay at this riverfront home was wonderful. We were there on a rainy weekend in February, but the house was warm and sitting at the picture window watching the river roll by was what we were looking for. Sitting in the hot tub watching the river roll by was also very nice.

Beautiful views of the river and the redwoods! Hot tube was easy and fun, they had a bag of coffee beans to welcome us, and we loved the sitting room overlooking the river. The location is great because it's within walking distance of town. Could be more pots and pans in the kitchen and it's not that easy to get into the house. There is a key to unlock the gate, a keypad on the front door and an alarm system you have 60 seconds to disable. Having said all that I would rent it again!

The coffee beans are roasted here in Guerneville by a local resident, and we are happy to share them with our guests. We took a good look at the pots and pans after reading your review and replaced many of them, thank you for pointing that out for us. We do have a gate with a key, a personalized front door code and an alarm to disarm, that being said, we are grateful that after taking this into consideration you would gladly return. The house was beautiful and Guernville is amazing. The rental company responded within minutes, answering every question we had. We went during rainy season and it was very cozy. After years of working in the short-term rental market and managing multiple departments, I took a leap of faith, earned my Sonoma County Property Manager certificate, and began managing properties independently in 2021.

As a lifelong resident of the Russian River area, I truly enjoy hosting visitors and sharing this region with them. My goal is for every guest to leave with a smile and the desire to return for another stay.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

Managing a riverfront property in Guerneville allows me the excuse to take a break along the river banks each time I visit Paradise. Guests love the location for its' unobstructed views of the Russian River, its seasonal river access, 2 single kayaks, and of course, the hot tub.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

This home is located just far enough out of town to feel removed from the local activities, yet close enough to enjoy a short walk for lunch, ice cream, or an early dinner.

Situated less than a five-minute drive from Guerneville, the property is perfectly positioned along the riverbank for easy access to all the area's recreation. The home features modern furnishings and an open floor plan, and is professionally cleaned between every stay.
