The Space:

Welcome to Blooming Acres in the heart of Sonoma County’s Wine Country. Nestled among mature trees and a quiet orchard, this comfortable home offers a peaceful setting to slow down and reconnect — whether you're sipping coffee on the deck or unwinding with a glass of local wine under the stars.

The master bedroom upstairs serves as a private retreat, complete with direct access to the deck where you can take in the sights and sounds of the surrounding greenery. Two additional bedrooms and a pull-out couch provide plenty of space for groups of up to 8 guests.

After a day of wine tasting or exploring the area, sink into the outdoor hot tub and let the stress melt away. Surrounded by trees, it’s the perfect spot to relax, reconnect, and soak in the natural setting — whether in the warm afternoon light or the cool evening breeze.

The outdoor space was made for connection. Fire up the BBQ, share a meal under soft LED lights, or simply sit and listen to birdsong as the sun sets.. Inside, gather around the fireplace for cozy conversations or board games on cooler nights.

“Lovely place. The beds were very comfortable and it was quiet and peaceful as it is located just on the outskirts of town but a short distance from restaurants and shops. Woke up to birds singing in the morning. It was "base camp" for our Sonoma wine tasting trip and it was perfectly located. More than enough easy parking. Plenty of space in the bedrooms and common areas. Decorated with care and thought.”

On warmer days, pack a picnic and float down the Russian River, just a short drive away. If you're up for a light adventure, hike among the ancient trees at Armstrong Redwoods Reserve or take a scenic drive to the Healdsburg Plaza, where high-end wine tasting rooms meet laid-back charm.

This home is a converted annex building that has been made into a comfortable cottage. While it does not have central air conditioning, portable AC units and fans are provided to keep the space cool. The home has its own private space but shares a driveway with a few other residences on the 5-acre property, including the owner’s. You may see others using the drive, but the house itself is separate and offers a peaceful, private stay.

When you stay at Blooming Acres, you're covered for any accidents that might happen up to $3,000. The $42 charge listed as an "administrative fee" on your quote covers your purchase of $3,000 of "all risk" damage protection coverage on your rental property. This protection is purchased in lieu of a security deposit. Coverage details are spelled out in the rental agreement.
