White Pines is one of the only rental properties on Megunticook Lake with a lawn leading down to the lake.  It is located in the oldest developed section of the lake near the dam - where everyone wants to be. This property meets every description of a traditional Maine lakeside vacation retreat. The property has received attention and updates year after year, but the flat yard leading to a deep water dock is really all you need! The property continues to be at the peak of excellence going into 2021. 

Also on the well-spaced property is a guest cottage that is rented separately.  Add the Little Pines Cottage property to this rental to make it a 12 person property.
