The property is beautiful and meticulously maintained. It was well stocked with everything we needed. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Would definitely rent again.
We had a fantastic family vacation at this picturesque cottage in a tranquil location! We loved the comforts provided in the cottage, the deck, the enclosed porch and the dock. We rented a pontoon boat, kayaks and paddle boards. Great fishing off the dock and beautiful cruises to private coves for swimming. Saw many loons and cranes and even a deer. Close to markets and restaurants in Belfast and Camden. Great host who provided clear instructions and plentiful supplies. We enjoyed everything about this rental and hope to come back next summer!
We had a great time during our one-week stay. The house is beautifully renovated, clean and comfortable. The view from the house of the lake and mountains is fabulous, and the dock is perfect for fishing, swimming, and kayaking. It was easy to prepare meals in the kitchen with all the needed cooking equipment. We would return in a heartbeat!
Great week on the lake with our adult children. This house is very well-designed, and incredibly well stocked (the chefs in our family loved the pots/pans and sharp knives). The view and the loon calls canât be beat. And not much beats cocktail hour on the dock.
The weather was spectacular for most of the trip so we were able to take full advantage of the lake this year! The Loons were very active with their new baby and kept us entertained the whole time.
The property was incredible and appeared to brand new or recently renovated. We were on a multigenerational family trip. There was a plenty of space for adults to relax and our boys (3&6) loved playing in the lake and hanging out on the dock. Highly recommend.
Beautiful cottage sitting right on the waterâs edge.
Very well done renovation of a classic lake front cottage. We were very fortunate to have been there when a pair of nesting Loons and their two young were active. They were in front of us virtually the whole week.
We can highly recommend this property!
We moved from Maine about six years ago and while we lived there we used to rent a lakeside cottage every summer for vacation. This was the perfect spot to go back and spend a week at. It was close to our family and easy access for them to come visit us. It was a beautiful spot and the house was immaculate. We saw plenty of loons and even an eagle. Would definitely consider this again in the future.
This was our second week this year and we enjoyed it just as much as the first. The Cottage is so well done and comfortable that it feels like home immediately. Even the Loons were still with us all week! The weather wasnât particularly good this week but the cottage had everything we needed to be happy anyway. Definitely coming back next year!
Located 15 minutes from downtown Camden, this cottage is located in a private and relaxing setting. There are many options for hiking, dining, and day trips, but why would you ever want to leave? The Lincolnville General Store is located 1.5 miles down the road for pizza, salads, sandwiches, wine, beer and other necessities.
