Lorsque vous repérez les condos de votre traversier Miller Ferry, vous savez que vous êtes sur la bonne voie pour une escapade fantastique à Put-in-Bay. Cette belle unité réside sur certains des biens immobiliers les plus prestigieux du lac Érié. Il s'agit de la plus récente unité construite sur Put-In-Bay, ouverte en juillet 2016.

Cette unité de niveau inférieur a quatre chambres à coucher, deux salles de bain complètes, une grande terrasse au bord du lac et peut accueillir jusqu'à dix personnes. Great place for a short trip!

We stayed here for a bachelorette party! All in all was a great place to stay, only a mile from all the bars and it was very convenient to be able to rent golf carts from there. There were some minor plumbing issues in our upstairs bathroom however it was fixed within a few hours. It was a great place to hold 7 girls!

Great Location and Property Amenities

This property was great for my family and inlaws. Having 3 bedrooms downstairs and our own bathroom allowed my inlaws to have their own space upstairs and the balcony over looking the lake was amazing. There were plenty of dishes for breakfast and condo was adequately appointed. Pool was nice to have in the afternoons and the condo was an easy 5 minute golf cart ride to downtown and many parks around the island. There was a coffee shop within a 5 minute walk which was nice also!

Great balcony views and size and a great place to gather for meals while having full on perfect view of lake. AC temp worked perfectly. When needed cookware or anything we could call and it was sent. Pool is nice and clean. Sunrise and sunset were beautiful on balcony.

Beautiful place to stay!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everyone in Our group of 9 just loved the place!! The balcony overlooking the lake was just beautiful to watch sunrise and enjoy morning coffee!! The condo and property was clean and well maintained. The condo was stocked with all necessary supplies such as linens, towels, kitchen dishes, cups, etc. Convenient location to Miller Ferry, close to town, yet far enough away for some quiet time too. Heat pool very clean with plenty of lounge chairs. Our only comment would be to add a few hooks downstairs for hanging towels to dry... Otherwise We loved it!!!

Great vacation spot!

The condo had everything we needed. It was pretty clean. The baseboards were a bit dirty but all in all, not too bad. Management was very helpful and receptive to our needs. We will definitely be back.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay at the condos was great! We stayed with a large family during the week. The pool was clean & always a chair for us. The actual condo was very nice. The floors were a little sticky (which we saw on other reviews), but we just wore our flip flops. I wish a golf cart would have been included in the cost, but they made renting easy. We would (and hope to) stay here again soon!

Hard to enjoy the view with insects everywhere.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was nice and clean. The only thing I would say is there was not enough cooking utensils or pots and pans. So if you plan on cooking you might want to bring things like that. But ask for the condo it was clean there was bedding and towels, And it had a great view. The pool was really clean as well.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had no idea Put In Bay and the Island Club Rentals were such a great find! The water front condo's were perfect for our large group. We rented two units that were side by side-110 and 111. The view from these places is second to none-if you didn't know where you were, you would be convinced you were on the back of a cruise ship in the middle of the ocean. The units were spacious, well appointed and clean. The pool has a great atmosphere. Saturday tends to be a little more rowdy-less kid friendly. The other days are much more quiet and subdued. We had a blast and will be back!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was great. Everything was what we expected. What we didn't expect was the elevator being down for the entire weekend. Glad I only had to do a few steps. Thankfully one of the staff was around he took it upon himself to take our suitcases and coolers up the steps he was very helpful. The wifi which was down on Friday was pretty annoying. The Lower lever rooms were very dark and 1 room did not have a bulb. Overall I would recommend your lace to others.

Beautiful View and quiet property

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was very difficult to find but when I called the main number several times the girl answering was very patient and helpful. The condo still has the new smell but I was surprised at the condition already. I'm sure these properties are a bear to maintain and keep fresh. The walls are already due to be freshened up. The upstairs bathroom trim already looks dingy and dirty. I knew going into that PIB is a party place and most people are likely disrespectful to the property. I wished there was more seating off the kitchen considering the condo sleeps 10. The property was very strict on noise level which was nice. The hallways and outside property was shockingly dark but I think this is due to mayflys. I would suggest bringing a flashlight to walk outside at night. The view is beautiful and the table and chairs outside is nice. Overall I would recommend this property to stay at and also rent your golf carts from.

Very Disappointed

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented Waterfront Condo #110 but never got to use what should have been an amazing outdoor area. Upon arrival the deck was filthy and infested with spiders. They were everywhere. We called and after two inquiries someone came to clean the deck but not deal with the spiders. The condo also had spiders everywhere. We killed 10 in three days inside. Two of the three of us are terrified of spiders so it was disappointing especially for the money. The condo had spider webs in corners on fans and lights as well. Overall the condo was worn down and not clean. The shower curtain looked dirty. The coffee pot lid was half missing. The condo needs a refresh and if you are going to rent it out clean it right before. I’ve never said this in a review but I would not go back. This is too expensive to feel dirty and terrified the whole time.
