To maintain a peaceful environment for neighbors, the property is equipped with a Minut Home Sensor. This device monitors noise levels and sends notifications if they become excessive. Minut sensors do not record sound or visuals, ensuring guest privacy is fully respected.

Safety & Energy Conservation
⚡ Ensure all appliances (hair curlers, laptop chargers, etc.) are unplugged before leaving.
⚠️ Avoid using high-wattage appliances in the same outlet to prevent overloading the circuit.
🔥 Turn off the stove, oven, and AC when not in use.
🌡️ Do not set the heater below 67°F. This may damage the unit.

All camera devices are on the exterior of the property and in no way shape or form point inside the house to protect your privacy. Devices are on 24/7. There are no indoor cameras.

We loved this place! Sigh and JayR were amazing hosts. The property was just perfect. So clean. Kitchen had everything you could imagine and would need. Big washing machine and dryer. Living space was brilliant. TVs in every room too, not that we used them. The location is great too. Felt very safe and nice high street not far away with shops and restaurants. Also really not far from Hoboken water front, which has the most amazing views of the city. You can get the 87 bus there from just outside the property. You can then get the PATH train from there into Manhattan. We did a whistlestio tour of New York for four days and this was the perfect location. Manhattan was too expensive and also would have been very busy and hectic. It was lovely to come back to the peace here. JayR and Sigh were great with communication too and told us loads of useful information and things we could do. I can't recommend highly enough. Thank you JayR and Sigh. We will come again one day.
