Great location-short walk to Path to get into the city. Kitchen and common area were large enough for family if 6 adults. Staff is very responsive and helpful. Personal shout out to Jackson, thank you! I would add that the sofa could use a new version and the back bedroom to the right, window handle needs to be fixed.
Apartment was clean and well maintained and within 20 minute walk of the PATHway! A group of friends stayed for a birthday celebration in the big Apple. Was easy to navigate and commute to Manhattan. Beds were incredible and had lots of room to lounge and enjoy the space with 5 of us!
The apartment itself was fantastic, local to everything and the host was very quick to answer. However, the area itself wasn't great in terms of noise and people hanging around the outdoor entrance of the building all hours of the day. Wasn't great after long days of sightseeing and wanting an early night.
The property was clean. The neighborhood was cute although very loud neighbors across the street. I think there needs to be an update on the rug and couch because they were not comfortable or cleanly.
Well appointed apartment and ticked all our boxes for party of 6 adults. 15-20 min walk to PATH train into Manhattan and Hoboken well appointed with bars, cafes and restaurants. A few locals loitering around outside but were no harm or nuisance.
The property was clean but felt like we were the 1st guests. Dinnerware was still boxed, there was no laundry soap, and the check in felt a bit clunky (not the best word but I don't know how else to describe it). The property was clean and bright. Overall the stay was nice.
I was in town with my mom and sisters to spend some time in NYC. The place was exceptionally clean and we appreciated the modern touches. Check in was easy and the neighborhood, while a bit noisy, had a lot of friendly people. The place had a strong smell of chlorine which spoke to the level of cleanliness but it was a bit overpowering when entering the unit. We appreciated the proximity to shops and dining and it was easy to secure Ubers to the place. I would definitely recommend this location for those interested in visiting NY as it was easy to get in and out of the city.
The apartment was perfect for me, my 16 y.o. grandtr, and her mom! Convenient walk to everything we needed. Access to PATH made our trip to NYC so easy to maneuver. There was some noise in the street at night but we were so tires from the dayâs activities it dis not bother us. Leoâs just down the street on 2nd and Grand is highly recommended for a good Italin meal
A trip to celebrate my wife's son's recent graduation. We tried to fit a lot of activities in during 4 days and were somewhat successful.
The rental was exactly as described and offered plenty of room for the four of us. The property manager was friendly and helpful. Access to the NYC train was about a 15 minute walk.
Overall, I thought this was a very good alternative to a more expensive rental in NYC.
Our family of 2 teens, 3 young women and 1 elder were so relaxed and happy we just wanted to stay. One rainy day with no firm plans, we just stayed in and played games and relaxed together. Thanks for your swift answers and help with a couple of questions at check-in.
We arent quite used to mile walk to PATH or half mile to bus stop, so new experience. Thank you for a really sweet vacation week!
The location is good. However, there is a heavy perfume type smell in the unit that was very overwhelming and wouldnât go away. There definitely wasnât enough towels and the property manager wasnât communicating well. Overall nice place though.
We had a great four-day stay at this place. The apartmentâs got a fresh vibe with new stuff and all you need, whether youâre crashing for a few days or hanging out longer. The beds are cozy, and the showerâs solidâgets you ready to hit the city each day. Itâs just a quick 5-minute walk to the 2nd street light rail station, which zips you over to Hoboken Station and then onto NYC if thatâs your jam. For groceries, thereâs a little 24/7 market a couple of blocks down or a bigger supermarket a bit further out.
Heads up, thoughâno elevator, so if youâre lugging a lot of gear, youâll feel it on the stairs. Also, the bedroom windows only have thin curtains, so expect a bright wake-up call from the sun.
All in all, if youâve got a big group (like 6-8 folks) and donât want to blow tons of cash staying in NYC, this apartmentâs a pretty sweet deal.
Unit was nice, clean and had all basic accommodations needed. Property manager, Loyoda, was super nice, accommodating and easily accessible. Only down side was outside space. If advertising outside space it should be clean, set up and habitable. Not the case but we were in center of Hoboken or NYC must of our stay so managed to do without unit outdoor space.
The apartment itself is pretty nice, and the photos are accurate. The area is a bit of a walk from the main street with restaurants, but itâs not too far. The neighborhood was a bit loud at times.
The interaction with the management was spotty. I had to message them to confirm things like payment, and I even had to ask them to tell me how to check in. In a chat on Vrbo, they offered to share restaurant recommendations with me, and I asked them to please do so. They never responded to that request (even though they initially offered it).
At one point the internet went out for multiple hours, and it was only fixed when I asked a manager to investigate. He was pretty responsive about that problem though, and they did come and fix it that day.
There were tons of coffee pods for the coffee machine, but 100% of them were decaf. All decaf! Thatâs a good metaphor for the whole place: it all seems pretty good at first, but if you look closely, itâs not quite the experience you expected.
