Experience luxury at SeaGlass Serenity, a stunning 3-story retreat in the exclusive Spyglass Villas community of Miramar Beach. This 5-bedroom, 5-bathroom home boasts high-end finishes, a private pool, and multiple balconies with breathtaking Gulf views. The expansive chefâs kitchen, complete with Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances, makes hosting effortless, while the outdoor living spaces provide the ultimate place to unwind. Private beach access via Sandtrap Road is just a short walk away, allowing guests to enjoy the sugar-white sands with ease.
Primary renter must be at least 25 years of age. Guests may be asked to present their IDs upon arrival or anytime during their stay. Do not rent this unit for another party. The primary renter must be staying in the unit.

Third Master Bedroom (2nd floor): King bed, sitting area, private balcony and ensuite bathroom. In addition, there is an oversized closet with a queen bed perfect for younger family members
Bunk Room (2nd floor): Unique double-level bunk room with 6 Queen beds plus one Full bed, the ultimate âSleep-Over Experience,â with ensuite bathroom. This bedroom makes this home perfect for travelers with children of all ages!

This home includes five bathrooms, most featuring both a bathtub and shower for convenience.
Maximum Guest Occupancy: 20 Guests (Please note that children under the age of two years still count toward the maximum guest occupancy.)
Private Pool: Perfect for unwinding after a day at the beach. If hot tub and heat for pool is desired, there is a daily fee for this amenity (temperature settings for pool and hot tub are intertwined and will not exceed 90 degrees).
Outdoor Pool Changing Room: Convenient for changing clothes before or after swimming.
Gourmet Kitchen: Equipped with Wolf & Sub-Zero appliances, quartz countertops, and a large island.
Multiple Balconies: Enjoy sunrise coffee or sunset cocktails with breathtaking Gulf views.

Parking:
Guests may park up to five midsize vehicles in the driveway only. (Space availability may vary depending on vehicle size.) No additional vehicles are allowed â any vehicle beyond the five permitted will be subject to towing at the vehicle ownerâs expense. Please note that street parking is strictly prohibited by the community.

Miramar Beach itself is a vibrant destination, blending scenic beauty with modern conveniences. Guests can explore a variety of dining, shopping, and recreational activities, all just moments from the stunning Gulf Coast beaches. Guests will find a variety of attractions just minutes away:
Silver Sands Premium Outlets â One of the nationâs largest designer outlet centers, featuring over 110 brand-name stores for an unbeatable shopping experience.
The Village of Baytowne Wharf â A lively waterfront district with boutique shopping, restaurants, live entertainment, and seasonal festivals.
Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort â Home to four championship golf courses, a full-service marina, and top-tier dining with stunning coastal views.
Seascape Towne Centre â A vibrant hub offering casual dining, an arcade, and live entertainment, perfect for a fun night out.
Scenic Gulf Drive â A breathtaking stretch of road along the coastline, ideal for biking, jogging, or soaking in panoramic Gulf views.
Private Beach Access is about 100 yards away: Walk to Sandtrap Road, turn left, and follow Sandtrap Road down to the bridge leading onto the beach. No vehicle parking is allowed near the bridgeâviolators will be towed.
Once on the beach, guests have access to a private 40-foot-wide section designated exclusively for homeowners and guests of properties on Sandtrap Road. This area extends 20 feet on both sides of the center of the bridge, marked by signs. Setting up in front of other private homes is not allowedâyou will be asked to relocate.
Other details to note:
Exterior security cameras are installed at the front and back of the home for guest safety and property security.
Due to safety and liability concerns, the in-unit elevator is not available for guest use. If your group includes elderly guests or anyone with limited mobility, there is a queen bed located on the first floor for added convenience. The second floor is also easily accessible via a single staircase (with 18 steps).
Pool and hot tub heat are available (up to 90 degrees) for an additional fee of $60 per day. And up to 100 degrees for an additional fee of $100 per day. A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required so that a technician can activate the heat at least 24 hours prior to your arrival. While water temperatures should reach 80 degrees by check-in, please note that reaching the maximum of 90 degrees may take until the second afternoon of your stay.
Please bag all trash before putting in the garbage can. Garbage pick-up occurs on Monday and Thursday mornings, usually between 7 and 9am. We appreciate your help in taking the bin to SandTrap Road on Sunday and Wednesday evenings and returning it to the house after the garbage service is complete. Garbage crew will not empty bins left near the cul-de-sac.
Upon booking, youâll receive timely communications about your trip. Access to your professionally cleaned and sanitized home is also convenient with our custom keyless locks. And, if you need anything before, during or after your stay, our local team is ready to help!
Please be aware that there will be NO refunds for Wi-Fi issues as itâs not guaranteed. If reliable Wi-Fi is a must, you are welcome to bring your own internet hotspot.
Non-negotiable rules: No Smoking or Vaping, No Pets, No Events or Parties, No Firearms. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am (unless posted signage indicates otherwise).
